Toxic Affair

Chapter 17

The next morning Sam was immediately called into the conference room of the hotel by Tony Khan for a meeting. The video had taken place in a hotel room. It had looked like the camera had been hidden on the bedroom wall because it was facing the bed perfectly.

"Did you have any knowledge of this Sam?" Tony asked.

"No I didn't." "I think she is responsible for this."

"She being Alexandria?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

"I was having an affair with her for a few months." "Ever since I broke it off, she won't leave me alone." "She kept calling and texting me, up until a couple of days, coming to my room, uninvited."

"So she's harassing you?"

"Yes."

"Why didn't you report it to me?"

"I didn't think you would believe me." "In situations like this, it seems the woman's side is always taken no matter what."

"Why do you think harassment stopped?"

"The other night she came to my door and propositioned me for sex." "I turned her down." "I was upset that she still wasn't getting that I don't want her." "So I was a little mean in what I said to her."  "She didn't look very pleased when I shut the door." "Now this is happening."

"The video has an encrypted IP address." "I have IT guys working on it now." "I'll let you know if we find anything."

Meanwhile Hayden had just went back to her room. She turned her phone back on, having it off from the night before. When the phone came on she had all these notifications. She clicked on one the video of Alexandria and Sam having sex popped up. She started to cry. Seeing it immediately opened the wound again. Her phone rang. She wiped her eyes and answered it.

"Hello?" She said.

"I just saw the video." Max said. "Are you alright?"

"No." She sniffled.

"Don't cry baby, it's ok."

Later that night at the arena Alexandria was called into Tony's office.

"You wanted to see me?" She asked.

"Effective immediately, you're fired."

"What why?" She said shocked.

"My IT people have traced the IP address of the video back to your laptop." "You've embarrassed me, you've embarrassed the company and you tried to ruin Sam's career." "You're also barred from attending any future AEW events." "Get out." She left.

Ten minutes later Sam was called into Tony's office.

"I just wanted to give you an update." Tony said. "You were right, Alexandria is the one who sent out the video." "She's been fired and barred from all future events."

"Thank you so much." Sam said relieved. He felt as if a great weight had been taken off his shoulders.

Hayden was sitting in the Women's Locker Room in her gear. Britt came in and went over to Hayden.

"Alexandria's been fired." Britt said. "Tony found out she's the one who uploaded the video."

"Oh my god." "Well she got what she deserved." Hayden felt relieved. She knew not having to see Alexandria was going to help immensely with her recovery.
