If you've been around here long enough, you might remember Airship Academy. It was the second fic overall I wrote. It was never ever finished in any version. First one wasn't that great, second one was unfinished due to reasons I don't remember. And the third is where I lost my passion for Airship Academy as a whole.
I was actually working on a Fourth Version, as a surprise, hence why I never mentioned it. However, another part of why it was kept confidential was so I didn't let anyone down if I decided to terminate the Rewrite to begin with. But, I developed a lot of concepts for the cancelled Rewrite, and figured I might as well show a few.
A main change would've been how stories would be tackled. I wanted to go for a Saga Division sort of thing. For instance, the events of Player leaving home, up to when the Student Election Arc ended, would've composed one book, considered Saga 1 (Beginnings), with the events following being in another book, and so on.
Humor wise, multiple running gags were set, such as -Player hitting something when trying to speed around. -Veteran making a gaming reference that flew over someone's head, or made someone faint laughing. (Not fully nuanced) -Gnome making a reference to Veteran's eating tendencies. -Nab bringing in a heroic character via Art to Life. Some planned guest appearances consisted of Captain Underpants, All Might, Spider-Man, Midnight (For a brief gag) among others. (Nab's idea) -During a reference, Player would've been reading the source material. (For instance, for a MHA related gag, he'd have a copy of the Manga, at the point where the gag was based on)
