She was mine. She was my angel. The most beautiful angel I had ever seen, sent from the gods to give me a reason. She was my everything. I loved her with every part of me.

We were sat together cuddled up, we had just woken up a couple of hours ago and Lye was at work, leaving just me and Sadie. Of course I missed Lye but it was nice to have some one on one time with my girl.

"What do you wanna do today?" Sadie asked, looking up at me. We hadn't spoken a word to eachother other than good morning, but the silence we had was the comfortable kind instead of the awkward one that felt like a bad itch.

I didn't mind what we did just as long as I got to be with her as we did it "I don't mind pretty girl. Do you have anything in mind?"

"Maybe we could go for a walk or something?" She asked. It was simple but it sounded nice.

"If that's what you want then I'd love to" I smiled and held her close to me.

She nodded with a smile. We continued to cuddle for another hour before we both decided that we should get up for the day before it turned into a stay at home one. There wasn't anything wrong with days like that, hell I loved ones that were, but if she wanted to go for a walk then it was a better idea to get ourselves ready so we could properly wake ourselves up for it.

We had both chosen basic but cute outfits. She was wearing a white sundress and trainers whilst I choose a blue top and skirt set, with a white shirt over it and my black converse trainers.

Our walk started off casually, before I took her hand in mine, a small smile appearing as I had my thumb stroke against her hand in a way of calm love.

We arrived at a meadow and I stopped to pick a flower for her, placing it behind her ear and gazing at her beauty. For a moment I was worried she would find it cringe, but as soon as she looked up at me with her loving eyes I knew she found it cute instead.

Usually I hated the romantic side of things, thinking it was cringe or fake but when it came to Sadie and Lye my thoughts of it shifted. My thoughts about romance became that I wanted to do those sort of things with them. It was like they had put a spell on me and changed me from being cold and hateful to sweet and soft.

I guess that's what love felt like, a magic spell that you wished would never wear off. As I thought about it I realised that Sadie was my sweet angel that had came as a gift from Aphrodite and the nature goddess and Lye was my perfectly imperfect devil coming from the seven princes of hell and Hades and Loki themselves.

I placed a soft kiss on Sadie's lips, it meaning nothing but the love I had for her. We stopped and stayed at the meadow for a bit as I took some photos of her, showing her beauty but not nearly giving her all the justice she deserved.

Nothing could ever give her enough justice she was the most gorgeous being on earth so nothing could ever show her true beauty.

As we continued to walk we came across an animal shelter and Sadie practically dragged me in with her. She was tiny against me but still managed to pull me in with her.

As we looked around we saw the animals and I smiled softly at them all. Animals was one of, if not my absolute, favourite thing in the world. They were harmless unless they needed food or to defend themselves. Unlike humans they would never hurt anyone or anything without a valid reason behind it. Animals were the one thing in the world that deserved love no matter who they were or what they had done.

Sadie went over to the puppy's and kittens and sat with them, playing about and giggling as they licked all over her. It was the cutest sight I had ever seen.

"Can we get one please" Sadie begged. Why would I say no? I would never say no to getting another animal, plus I couldn't say no to Sadie anyway even if I wanted to.

"Of course, do you have one you love the most?" I asked her with a smile.

"Hm, I'm not sure yet" she started before we both saw the adorable kitten in the corner. He was away from the group and it made me want to love and cherish him and give him the home he deserved.

As we both went to the owner of the place to ask for him and sign the documents. The owner showed us a puppy too, passing her to Sadie.

"aw she's gorgeous"

"Yeah..she is" I wasn't just talking about the puppy in front of me, but the angel that was holding her too.

"Are we able to get both?" Sadie asked. There was no way in hell we were going to leave either one of them.

The owner agreed to allow us to have both and it made us both the happiest girls in the world. I had no idea how Lye would feel about us bringing home the two adorable ones but we would just have to wait and see.

As we left the shelter with the puppy and kitten we took a route to walk home and ended up by a water fountain and small garden.

We stopped to take some more photos, this time with our animals and as we laughed and smiled whilst taking them. Having nothing less than a good time I admired my beautiful girl even more than I had throughout the day.

The day had felt like a dream or fairytale, and what made it like that was because of the stunning girl sat next to me.

She had made the day feel so magical and perfect and I couldn't thank her enough for it.

She was my angel in disguise.
