"Gyx Anterum Machia is the most obvious to start with," Anna said, as the Tower generated the multiple file reports each Lord had made on each test taker. The files were generated on anything the Lords wrote down, as well as a telepathic assessment the Tower performed on each of them to ensure accurate information about the Lordly contenders. It was then compiled into a much less personal report, so that no deep secrets were revealed.

It was designed that way so that someone like Shigaraki, who had a lot of internal thoughts and calculation on someone, would still contribute, just in a way that was fair to his secrecy, which apparently the Tower respected for some reason. Shigaraki very rarely asked questions during the tests, but that didn't mean he wasn't assessing them silently. He just felt that he didn't need to ask many questions to get a handle on someone.

"Behemoth Lord is the name suggested."

"I mean, let's be honest here, anyone who votes 'no?'" Goto asked.

The room was silent.

"R-Really?" Setsuna asked, looking to Shigaraki. "I mean, isn't your whole deal about superiority? You would be propping up a sign of Misshapen power."

"Superiority is what I use to help control the masses. I have my own version of what I believe superiority to be, but that's nothing I would entrust you with. And if I am to be considered for my own opinion in this election of Lords, I must be honest... as honest as I can be while retaining my secrets." Shigaraki's hands were comfortably folded in his lap, awaiting one of the Nameless to bring him a cup of tea. "Furthermore, what better way to utilize fear than to point to Machia as a serious threat to the Faded?"

Everyone rolled their eyes, but a once-over of the files was still necessary.

"If you give him some sort of Healing Magic or Item, he'd be pretty damn scary. His size might even allow us to form a breakthrough in the monster lines during the war," Izuku said, having personally Healed the shrunken down giant after their fight. "The amount of Healing Potency doesn't actually scale with his size. It might be part of Leviathan DNA and we just haven't been able to study them, or a unique... 'non-Factor Factor.'"

"The Factors are getting confusing. Let's not go about classifying an entirely new thing in the middle of this, please. He's just Healed as easily as anyone his size," Himiko said, referring to his natural height of nearly 40-feet.

Shigaraki nodded along with Himiko, grateful for her suggestion.

It was something strange Izuku had noticed, but Shigaraki was much kinder with Himiko.

He couldn't tell if it was an act, thinking he could fool her. Which didn't make much sense. Himiko wasn't on Izuku or Momo's level of intellect, but she was still trained as nobility in this world, and she'd grown over the decades from her experiences and growth with new partners. Not to mention, she had plenty of reason to hate Shigaraki for hurting Izuku, who she valued far above any simple kindness.

Maybe it had something to do with her more "natural" Estarian-line of thinking. She wasn't as idealized as Izuku. So Shigaraki's kindness could've entirely been a matter of him thinking, "thank you for not being like him." Knowing Shigaraki's controlled, but potent pettiness, it was possible.

Because Izuku gave up the Chaos Magic, but didn't have to alter his biology - his mind particularly - he retained most of his memories of future timelines, and while they were all almost certainly dead timelines, they did show some hint of a patter.

In several past timelines where Shigaraki "won" - what winning actually was, Izuku couldn't say due to Shigaraki's ability to block moments in time - he made no small effort to punish those who most frustrated him.
