I thought I had loved you because you're beautiful
It is only now that I realize
I had loved you even before I knew what beauty was
And in the act of loving you
I had found out what beauty truly means
that beauty is nothing more than the things that remind me of you

And a part of me knows and wants to be rid of you
That everything will be better if I move on
But how can I?
When everything I see that is worth seeing
Reminds me of you

To forget you is to forfeit everything beautiful in this world
