In truth,
I don't know enough to care
and
Don't care enough to knowSome may call me foolish
But I rather be stupid and happy
Than waste a moment
Trying to convince you otherwiseI don't know everything
And
I don't know a lot
But
I know the things I care about
And that's enough for meMost people
Live and Die
Laugh and Cry
Love and Hate
without really knowing
WhyThey may know a lot
And
They may even know everything
But
What they know
Will never be enoughMost of us live without ever knowing what we live for
What we care for
What we care aboutIn truth,
I don't know
And
I don't care
Let the mystery of me remain a mystery
the questions of the morrow remain unanswered
and the puzzle of passion remain unsolvedFor I only know enough to be happy
and that's all I care about"Do you think the stars wonder how the trees grow
or if the trees question where the stars hide,
or maybe, they far too busy being what they are, to question
the importance of each other
