Lando carries the picnic basket to the top of the hill as I put my hand over my eyes to block the sun. He stands at the top and tells me I'm almost there as I grab the bottom of my sun dress and make it the last few feet. I look around and everywhere I look is absolutely beautiful. It's the perfect view of the water. He drops the basket and wraps his arms around me as I lean into his chest smiling, "It's amazing," I whisper as I turn around in his arms and put my arms on his shoulders.

"This is part one of making up for lying to you," he says as I nod my head and let him set up the feast he prepared. I widen my eyes seeing all the fruits he's cut into cute shapes, "I have to give credit to Charles for helping because he knows where all the best date spots are".

He holds out a strawberry for me to eat and I lean forward taking a bite. I could die right here I've never had fruit that tastes so fresh before, "This is very romantic".

"There are two more parts to this day. You deserve nothing but the best," he says as he pulls a box from the basket. I look at him confused as he tells me to close my eyes. He grabs my wrist and I feel something cold being wrapped around it. When I open my eyes, my lips turn into an upside-down smile as I bring it closer. There's a little charm of a four-leaf clover, the number four, and a tiny lock. I lift my gaze and see him with a nervous smile, "It's cause you're my good luck charm, and then that's my number, and the lock is for our relationship," he says as I smile leaning forward to hug him.

"I love it so much. I've been looking for a bracelet to wear every day," I smile as I continue looking at it. It's perfect. I hear him pulling something else out and I open my mouth, but he tells me to shut up with a laugh. I close my eyes again and he places something in my hand. I feel around before realizing they are my house keys.

"What is this?" I ask playing the small key chain I bought from Miami when Lando won. I feel a key I've never seen before and look closer seeing the McLaren logo but its not a key that goes to a car, "What's this to?" I ask.

"You already have my house key, so I didn't know how else to ask you to move in with me. It's a custom key for the house," he says making me widen my eyes.

"Holy shit. Are you serious?" I ask as he shakes his head rolling his eyes, "Lan," I whisper as I stare at the key. I take a little too long before he clears his throat. I nod my head laughing as he pulls me into his lap and kisses me.

"You had me scared," he reveals as I play with his hair, "It also would have been awkward cause Kyla and Charles are packing up your things as we speak".

"Woah, you were so sure I'd say yes?" I ask as he leans back with a smirk, "Is that the second half of this date?"

"Nope. Today is all about you and you can't lift boxes cause your arm is still healing," he points out. I look at the white bandage that's still wrapped on my arm and shake my head. It's been healing nicely. The doctor said it would probably take months for it to scar over and stop hurting. It's only been one month and Lando has been amazing. He's acting like my nurse which is a bit over kill but I think he secretly loves it. I only wear bandages in public cause of how gnarly it looks. I'm hoping when it becomes a scar, I feel more badass than disgusted.

"I don't want you guys to do all the work. I can push through the pain," I tell him, "I was also doing a lot of the work last night when we," I say before he sits up and shoves a piece of fruit in my mouth. I smile as I go to get up, but he wraps his arm around my waist keeping me sat on him.

"You look amazing," He whispers as he stares up at me. The sun shining down is being blocked by a tree. A couple rays coming through as a slight breeze pushes them apart.

"You look like a dork," I whisper as I brush my lips against his. He giggles through a kiss as he lays me down on my back being careful of my arm. He falls beside me as we catch our breath looking at the sky. I feel like a teenager whenever I'm with him. I'm not as scared to age as long as he's by my side. His fingers play with mine, our eyes following a pair of birds above us. It's like the ending scene of a movie but I know there is so much left to come. I never knew this is what love felt like until now.

"It's almost time for part two of the day," he whispers not wanting to ruin the moment. I roll onto my stomach and pick up a blueberry as he leans on his elbow. I lift it to his lips as he takes it from my hand and smiles.

"Lando fucking Norris. You're not buying me this," I whisper yell at him as I see the price. He laughs and puts the hanger in his hand as I fight to put it back on the rack. He tells me to stop and continue looking. He's not telling me where we are going tonight but I've been instructed to look hot. I grab a black dress and look at the tag and try putting it back, but he grabs it again. I feel like he's my sugar daddy right now and I've never hated anything more. After picking up ten dresses he pushes me into the changing room and sits down. I put on the first one and step out doing a little twirl.

He shakes his head and I frown cause I kind of liked this one. One by one we go through each dress, and he says no to all of them. The last one is the cheapest one and I was kind of hoping he would pick this one. I struggle to zip up the dress before I open the curtain and face him. I step out and adjust the fabric pulling it down a little. It's like he's looking at me in slow motion. His eyes rack up by body and smiles giving two thumbs up like a child. I look in the mirror and the bandage stands out against the dark fabric. Lando stands up and stands behind me kissing my cheek.

"This is so ugly," I tell him as I turn to face him.

"You look like a badass action movie hero. Ugly is not the word I'd use to describe it," he says as I shake my head in amusement. He smacks my ass as I start walking away and I widen my eyes rushing into the changing room. I put my summer dress back on and walk out seeing Lando already at the register. He takes the dress and lets the women ring it up. As we walk out, he takes my hand and swings the bag in his other, "Excited for tonight?"

"If I knew what we were doing, maybe," I tell him.

He smirks to himself and unlocks the car opening my door for me before getting in himself, "We have three hours before we have to leave. I figured you'd want to either nap, shower, and or chill before going out," he says making my smile widen.

"You know what I love most about you," I tell him as I turn in my chair and rest my head on my hand that's leaning on the middle divider, "You always notice the small things or think about the stupid little things I need and don't realize," I smile.

"I like knowing every little thing about the people I love," he says as I bit my lip containing the smile on my lips, "I also know that you order frozen yogurt from that place that Ferrari themed place when I'm not coming over," He whispers.

"How did you know?" I ask. I thought I did a good job at hiding that.

"The one night I came over there were three in the freezer and one in the trash. It wasn't that hard to figure it out but...there is a container waiting at home for you," he says making me widen my eyes, "I thought I was going to catch on fire when I walked in. Everything was so red," he says shaking his head like he's been traumatized from the experience.

"I never want this day to end," I beam as he smiles hearing my excitement.
