Little did Emily and Peter know that Alex had been following close behind them. They'd successfully captured Jennifer which surprised him to say the least, especially considering that Jennifer wasn't as easily to trick unlike everyone else. But so far, the girls were able to make him and Peter able to see the truth. However, he wished that he could save Adam even though he was a dick, so it naturally fit Lucifer. If these girls were believing that Jennifer had all the answers, they were mistaken. She was nothing more than the demons whore, at least that's what he always thought. She did everything that the demons wanted, from finding the right spell to selecting the demons to help her out.
Out of all the members of the group, Jennifer was probably the oldest out of the bunch and the first person to give up her soul. The point he was making had been the fact that the girls made it seem like they could help them redeem their souls. It sure seemed that way when he saw Peter. Peter didn't seem to do very many spells, as a matter of fact, he only did tarot card readings.
"Maybe this is my chance to make things right," Alex said to himself.
The former Servant of Evil followed the four of them to another cabin in the forest. More rustic than the one he was staying at back on the campus. This one at least didn't look worn out and the cabin had furniture inside and on the outside. The group entered the cabin and slammed the door. Slowly, he made his way toward the cabin and stood just under the window. Peter and Emily laid Jennifer on the couch as Althea came down the stairs. He watched from the window wondering what they were planning to do.
Althea came down the stairs not expecting to see Jennifer lying on the couch with Peter, Emily, Abigail, and Ezra standing around her. Althea's cat, Moonpie came downstairs with her. Instantly the cat arched its back and hissed.
"Guys?" Althea questioned. "What's going on and why is Jennifer here? Also why is she unconscious?!"
"Althea, hear me out," Peter laughed nervously.
Althea narrowed her eyes, expecting the stupidest answer.
"We knew you needed answers on where the demons are hiding," Peter explained. "And we knew that after Abigail blasted them, they were sent far away," he continued. "We just need to make sure we know their main plan. I know it's not just taking over the world, there's got to be something more,"
Jennifer groaned and started stirring. Everyone in the room turned to find that she was sitting up. She looked around shocked to find herself in the hands of the enemy.
"What the hell do you guys want?" Jennifer questioned. "I won't tell you anything,"
Jennifer crossed her arms, stubbornly. Althea frowned. The cat jumped onto the couch hissing and growling at her. Jennifer flinched at the sight of the cat, which made everyone in the room narrow their eyes. Uncomfortable with the number of eyes staring at her, Jennifer shifted in her seat.
"What else is Lucifer and Mammon planning?" Peter asked. "Who are they summoning next?"
Jennifer remained quiet. It wasn't that she didn't want to say anything it's that there was nothing else she could do as Lucifer and Mammon had said nothing to her about the next steps. She was left in the dark. Unless the people who wanted her to know would tell her it would mean multiple different things.
"I don't know," Jennifer said truthfully.
"You're telling me that you have no idea what those demons are planning?" Abigail questioned. "Because if that's the case then I don't trust you one bit and haven't trusted you at all,"
"I am telling you the truth," Jennifer responded. "I don't care if you don't believe me, I only care that I get out of this, and your damn cat won't help me out," Jennifer glared daggers at each person in the room. Not even one of them planned to crack even if she kept telling them the truth, they weren't going to believe her. "You want me to tell you? Figure it out for yourself,"
Alex stood outside listening from below the window and he wasn't about to let things get out of hand. He wouldn't even know what would have happened to Jennifer if he hadn't saved her yet again. Alex took a deep breath and walked around to the front door. Still dressed in his ritual attire a black clock with a black suit he knocked on the door.
Footsteps were heard from the other side as Alex placed his pale white hands into his pockets. Everything that he now started to believe in was riding on him. If Althea and her friends needed to know the truth, then that was what would happen. The door opened revealing Abigail standing on the other side. She had a deadpan expression, her arms crossed and shaking her head.
"Alex?" Abigail asked. She'd seemed surprised by his appearance that he didn't know what he should say. "What brings you here?"
"Nice seeing you too, we need to talk," Alex responded.
Abigail moved aside allowing for him to step in.
