Deep down, Mingyu knew that he couldn't continue to string both Joshua and Jeonghan along. He needed to make a decision, one that would inevitably hurt someone he cared deeply about. With a heavy heart, Mingyu sought counsel from his closest friends, seeking their advice and perspective on the situation.

Seungkwan, who had been by Mingyu's side throughout the ordeal, listened patiently as Mingyu poured out his heart. "Mingyu, you have to follow your heart," Seungkwan said gently. "You can't keep dragging this out. Someone is going to get hurt, and it's not fair to any of you."

Mingyu nodded, knowing that Seungkwan was right. He needed to be honest with himself and with the people he loved.

After Seungkwan told Mingyu that he needed to think about whom he should choose, Mingyu's thoughts were a turbulent mix of confusion and clarity. He replayed Seungkwan's words in his mind, feeling the weight of his friend's advice sink in.

Mingyu's mind drifted to the moments he had shared with both Joshua and Jeonghan. He thought about the laughter, the shared secrets, and the deep conversations that had made his relationships with each of them unique. Mingyu remembered the warmth of Joshua's smile and the way his heart felt lighter whenever Joshua was near. At the same time, he couldn't forget Jeonghan's comforting presence and the strong bond they had developed over time.

His heart was torn, each beat pulling him in different directions. Mingyu knew that no matter what decision he made, someone would be hurt. The thought of causing pain to either Joshua or Jeonghan was unbearable. But Seungkwan's words echoed in his mind: "You have to follow your heart."

Mingyu closed his eyes, taking a deep breath as he tried to clear his thoughts. He needed to be honest with himself, to listen to what his heart was truly telling him. The more he thought about it, the clearer it became. His feelings for Joshua were undeniable, a deep, consuming love that he could no longer ignore.

Mingyu realized that he had been avoiding the truth, afraid of the consequences of his decision. But now, he understood that prolonging the situation would only cause more pain. He had to be brave, to face his emotions head-on, and to make a choice that was true to his heart.

Determined, Mingyu made up his mind. He would talk to Joshua first, to express his love and to seek a new beginning with him. Afterward, he would have to face Jeonghan, to be honest and to seek understanding, even if it meant breaking Jeonghan's heart. Mingyu knew that this was the only way to move forward, to create a future based on honesty and love.

He tried to sought out with Joshua first, finding him in the garden, lost in thought. "Shua," Mingyu began, his voice filled with emotion. "I've thought a lot about us, about what we mean to each other."

Joshua looked up, his eyes searching Mingyu's face for answers. "And what did you decide?" he asked quietly.

Mingyu took Joshua's hands in his, his heart pounding in his chest. "I love you, Joshua You're the person I want to spend my life with, no matter what and I'm sorry for hurting you. But I want to make things right, if you'll give me the chance."

Tears welled up in Joshua's eyes as he listened to Mingyu's words. "gyu, I love you too," he said softly. "But can I trust you? Can I trust that you won't hurt me again?"

Mingyu nodded earnestly, his voice filled with conviction. "I swear to you, Joshua, I will do everything in my power to earn back your trust and love. You mean everything to me."

With tears streaming down their faces, Mingyu and Joshua embraced, their hearts filled with hope and the promise of a new beginning.

But Mingyu knew that his journey wasn't over yet. He still needed to confront Jeonghan and be honest about his feelings. With a heavy heart, he thought out to sought with Jeonghan, knowing that their conversation would be difficult and painful for both of them.

After his conversation with Joshua, Mingyu knew he had to be honest with Jeonghan about his feelings. He went and sat near Jeonghan, his heart heavy with the weight of his words, and he took a deep breath before speaking.

"Jeonghan, there's something important I need to tell you," Mingyu begin, his voice trembling slightly with the weight of his confession. "I've realized that my feelings for Joshua run deeper than I initially thought. He's become a significant part of my life, and I can't deny the love I have for him."

He paused giving Jeonghan a moment to process his words, his own heart aching with the pain of hurting someone he cared deeply about. "Jeonghan, I understand if this is difficult to hear, but I can't ignore my feelings any longer. I love Joshua in a way that I can't fully explain, and I owe it to both of you to be honest."

Mingyu reached out to take Jeonghan's hand, his eyes filled with sorrow and regret. "Please understand, Jeonghan. It's not that I don't care about you or that our time together meant nothing. But my heart belongs to Joshua, and I can't continue to pretend otherwise."

He would wait for Jeonghan's answer, his heart heavy with anticipation, hoping for understanding and forgiveness, even as he knew the pain his words would cause. Above all, Mingyu would want Jeonghan to know that his decision was not made lightly and that he still valued their time together, even as they faced an uncertain future

Upon hearing Mingyu's heartfelt confession, Jeonghan experienced a whirlwind of emotions.

"Mingyu, I understand," Jeonghan said softly, his voice filled with resignation. "I've seen the way you look at Joshua, the way your eyes lit up when you're with him. I can't compete with that."

Mingyu reached out to Jeonghan, his heart heavy with guilt. "Jeonghan, I'm so sorry. I never meant to hurt you. You mean a lot to me, and I hope we can still be friends."

Jeonghan nodded, a sad smile playing on his lips. "Of course, Mingyu. I'll always care about you, no matter what."

As they parted ways, Mingyu felt a mix of relief and sorrow. He had made his choice, but it had come at a cost. Now, all he could do was focus on rebuilding his relationship with Joshua and proving to him that his love was true and unwavering.

With determination in his heart, Mingyu set out to make things right and to create a future filled with love, honesty, and forgiveness.
