Joshua's heart raced as he burst through the hospital doors, searching frantically for Jeonghan. His hands trembled, clutching his phone with the call  he received from one of his friend "Jeonghan's been in an accident. He's in the emergency room."

Rushing to the front desk, he could barely form coherent words. "Jeonghan... Yoon Jeonghan... Where is he?"

The nurse looked at him sympathetically. "He's in room 304, but he's resting now. The doctors are still evaluating his condition."

Without hesitation, Joshua dashed down the hallway, his mind filled with worry. He reached room 304 and saw Jeonghan lying on the hospital bed, pale and bandaged. Joshua approached quietly, his heart breaking at the sight of his love in such a fragile state.

Hours passed, and finally, Jeonghan stirred. His eyes fluttered open, and he blinked at the unfamiliar surroundings. Seeing Joshua, he frowned in confusion. "Who... who are you?"

Joshua's breath caught in his throat. "Jeonghan, it's me, Joshua. Your boyfriend."

Jeonghan's brows furrowed deeper, and he shook his head slowly. "I... I don't remember you."

The doctor entered the room, noting the distress on both faces. "Jeonghan has suffered a significant head injury. It's common for amnesia to occur in cases like this. So with few questions I asked him it seems that he don't remember the last three years. It’s crucial that we don’t overwhelm him. Stress can hinder his recovery."

Joshua nodded numbly, stepping back. "I understand."

As days passed, Joshua did his best to support Jeonghan without pushing him. He was careful not to stress Jeonghan, respecting the doctor's advice. Joshua brought familiar items, shared gentle stories, and recreated their cherished moments in subtle ways, always mindful of Jeonghan's fragile state. Despite his efforts, Jeonghan remained distant, and Joshua’s heart ached with the fear of causing him any harm. Taking care of Jeonghan became Joshua’s priority, even if it meant holding back his own emotions.

So later Scoups jeonghan's childhood friend and bestfriend came to visit jeonghan as soon as he landed in Korea as he was abroad, so when he received a text from one of their mutual friends about Jeonghan's accident, he immediately rushed to the hospital. Upon arriving, he saw Joshua sitting alone in the waiting area, his face etched with worry and exhaustion.

Seungcheol approached cautiously. "Joshua, how is he?"

Joshua looked up, his eyes red-rimmed. "He doesn't remember me, Seungcheol. The doctor said he lost his memory of the past Three years."

Seungcheol's mind raced. Three years meant Jeonghan wouldn't remember meeting Joshua or falling in love with him. Instead, An idea started to form in Seungcheol's mind, a way to get back what he had lost when Jeonghan chose Joshua over him.

Scoups went inside the room and seen jeonghan waking up he greeted him and Jeonghan welcomed him with a smile "How are you feeling?"

Jeonghan sighed. "It's so confusing. All our friends keeps saying Joshua and I were together, but I can't remember him at all."

Seungcheol's eyes darkened slightly. "Han, I need to tell you something. Joshua... he’s not who he says he is. Before your accident, you told me he was trying to come between us. We were together, you and I."

Jeonghan looked at Seungcheol in shock. "What? But why would everyone lie?"

Seungcheol took Jeonghan's hand, squeezing it gently. "People can be manipulative. They want to control you. But I've always been by your side. Trust me."

Joshua noticed the shift in Jeonghan’s behavior, the way he pulled away, the growing distance. One evening, Jeonghan confronted him. "Joshua, I need to know the truth. Seungcheol told me we were together, and that you were trying to come between us."

Joshua's heart sank. "Jeonghan, that's not true.
I... we fell in love two years ago. Please, you have to believe me."

Jeonghan's eyes were conflicted. "I don't know what to believe anymore. Everything is so mixed up."

Weeks passed, filled with tension and heartache. One day, Jeonghan was flipping through an old photo album when he found a picture of him and Joshua, smiling brightly at a beach. A memory flickered at the edge of his mind, but he couldn't grasp it.

Later that evening, Seungcheol visited again. "How are you holding up?"

Jeonghan showed him the photo. "I found this. I feel like there's something I'm missing."

Seungcheol glanced at it, then dismissed it. "Photos can be staged, Jeonghan. Don't let him manipulate you."

But doubt gnawed at Jeonghan. That night, he dreamt of the beach, of laughter, of Joshua’s voice calling his name.

The next morning, Jeonghan woke up with a start. Bits and pieces of memories were starting to come back. He remembered a concert, Joshua’s guitar playing, the way they laughed together, the gentle kisses.

Joshua was visiting when Jeonghan looked at him with new found clarity. "Shua, I... I remember. I remember the beach, our first kiss, the way you looked at me when you said you loved me."

Tears welled in Joshua's eyes. "Hannie, I’ve missed you so much."

Jeonghan took his hand, squeezing it tightly. "I’m so sorry for doubting you. I was so confused, but I remember now."

Seungcheol entered the room, seeing their clasped hands and Jeonghan’s clear eyes. "Jeonghan, what are you doing?"

Jeonghan turned to Seungcheol. "I remember now, Seungcheol. You lied to me. Joshua is the one I love."

Seungcheol’s face fell. "I... I only wanted to protect you."

Jeonghan shook his head. "No, you wanted to manipulate me. You used my confusion against me. I can't forgive that."

With time, Jeonghan's memories continued to return. He and Joshua worked together to rebuild their relationship, stronger than ever. Joshua never left his side, supporting him through every step of his recovery.

Jeonghan approached Seungcheol one last time. "I don’t hate you, Seungcheol, but you broke my trust. I hope you can find a way to make amends, but our friendship can never be the same."

Seungcheol nodded, tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry, Jeonghan. Truly."

Months later, on the same beach where they shared their first kiss, Joshua and Jeonghan stood hand in hand, watching the sunset. Jeonghan turned to Joshua, his eyes filled with love. "I’m so grateful for you, for us. Thank you for never giving up on me."

Joshua smiled, "I would go through it all again, just to be with you."

As the sun dipped below the horizon, they kissed, a promise of forever. Despite the trials and heartache, their love endured, stronger and more beautiful than before.
