Joshua sat alone in his university dorm room, overwhelmed by the mountain of papers in front of him. He had always been a diligent student, the type to excel in his classes and maintain a balanced life. But everything had changed in a matter of days when he discovered that his parents had left behind an enormous debt. Joshua's parents had passed away in a car accident a few months prior, and he'd been too caught up in the grief to notice the unpaid bills and the looming debt they had left behind.

Sitting in the financial aid office of his university, Joshua is informed that his scholarship can't cover the additional fees, and he can't afford to stay in school. As he listens to the administrator, his heart sinks further. He tries to make sense of the debt his parents had taken on, but no matter how many times he goes over the numbers, the result is always the same his parents owed an impossible amount of money to someone named Yoon Jeonghan. The question that keeps circling in his mind is why his parents would owe so much and what they had done with the money.

Desperate and unsure of what to do, Joshua seeks out a meeting with Jeonghan, the man whose name is tied to the debt. He's heard of Yoon Jeonghan before everyone has. Jeonghan is a powerful CEO, known for his ruthless business tactics and cold demeanor. People say he's dangerous, even tied to the mafia, but Joshua has no other options. He can't let his life crumble under this debt.

Arriving at Jeonghan's opulent office, Joshua is immediately intimidated by the luxurious surroundings and the aura of power that radiates from the man sitting behind the desk. Jeonghan is tall, with a sharp, unreadable gaze and an air of authority that makes Joshua feel small. Despite the unease curling in his stomach, Joshua forces himself to speak up.

Joshua's voice trembled as he spoke, "Mr.Yoon, I... I don't know how my parents ended up owing you so much, but I don't have the means to pay it off. Is there any way we can work something out?"

Jeonghan studied Joshua silently for a moment before responding in a calm, detached tone. "Your parents took a significant loan from me years ago, Mr. Hong. What they needed it for is not my concern. They made a deal, and now the debt is due."

Joshua's heart raced with anxiety. "I don't have the money... I don't even know where to start. I just need more time"

Jeonghan interrupted with a dismissive wave of his hand. "Time? Unfortunately, time isn't what you need. I could take everything from you your education, your future....but... I have a different offer for you."

Desperate and unable to think clearly, Joshua grabbed at the chance. Jeonghan slid a contract across the table, reassuring him with a soft, almost kind voice. "I'll cover all your debts, all your expenses. You'll never have to worry about money again. In return, you simply belong to me. No questions, no escape. Do we have a deal?"

Joshua, feeling a strange sense of relief and not fully understanding the implications, signed the contract. The terms were vague, but the promise of financial security was too tempting.

In the days that followed, Jeonghan took an increasingly active role in Joshua's life. He paid for Joshua's tuition, rent, and even provided luxurious amenities. Yet, Jeonghan's control grew tighter with each passing day. Joshua noticed subtle manipulations people sent to check up on him, constant demands for updates, and an ever-tightening grip on his freedom.

One evening, after a long day at university, Joshua returned to find Jeonghan waiting in his apartment, casually sipping a glass of wine. The sight made Joshua's heart sink.

Joshua approached, his voice shaky. "Mr.Yoon", what are you doing here?"

Jeonghan smirked, his eyes dark and intense. "Making sure you remember who you belong to. You've been too independent lately. I don't like that."
