With her back facing me, she walked towards the phone in the corner. I began to tune out the chatter and laughter around me from Jessie, Amira and Heywood. Iesha began to lean against the wall while picking up the phone placing it to her left ear.

"Hello" Her smile grew wider by the second as she listened to the caller. Telling by the googly look on her lustful gaze, she was talking to one of her boyfriends. Her bursting giggly laugh, erupted and the shop went silent.

The ladies including Heywood, gave her a look. Iesha scrunched her face and began to wave us away with her hand. "Okay, baby" she couldn't talk without smiling. "I'll talk to you later" she began to blow a kiss into the phone. "Mwah"

Her grin was permanently stuck on her face, she put the phone up before putting her hands in her back pockets. She looked towards our nosey stares and scoffed. "Damn y'all nosey" she sassed on her way back to her seat.

"You really like these New York boys huh, Iesha" Jessie asked with her comb in hand. I watched as she made big finger waves in Amria's head, every wave was flawless.

"Something like that" she couldn't hide it, it was all over her face.

"You're feeling whoever that was on the phone" I stated.

Heywood crossed his legs while tilting his head to one side. "Who was it" he asked chatty.

"Was it Q" I questioned at the edge of my seat.

Iesha rolled her eyes, with her bright red cheeks. "Yeah" she giggled.

"Q, if I were you I wouldn't take him serious" Amira said with her back facing me. I could see her hand as she put up one finger.

"Why" Iesha got defensively loud creasing her brows. Her blushing cheeks were no longer red and she jumped to the edge of her seat.

"He was friends with my ex, Bone"

I began to choke, naturally feeling awkward hearing his name. My mind couldn't wrap around the thought of Amira and Bone being in a relationship. She was grown, mature and classy, while he was a dog for the streets.

Iesha instantly cut her eyes at me, she wore a wide eye look on her face. Jessie turned around looking between us and pointed with her comb towards us. "Y'all know Bone" Amir's asked narrowing her eyes on us. I felt a brief threatening chill, her glare was cut throat. Her eyes narrowed directly staring at mine, I gulped feeling nervous before Iesha saved me.

"Nooo, Justice doesn't know Bone like that" she raised her ardent tone to my defense. "We went to the club and Bone introduced himself, Justice turned him down. She gave him a hard time Amira"

"Believe her, Justice don't give no man the time or day" Heywood put in his two cents.
