Am I late, he ask with heavy breath. I cant believe my eyes. My best friend are here and he look stunning.  Mew, he call me when I look lost. We will late, he said. I nod and quickly follow him to my car. Both of us are silent now. Thank you, I said. He look at me. I thought I will be third wheel tonight I said. He just laugh and look at his phone. You look handsome,  I said again. Oh please,  keep it to your self he said again laugh. I know he wont believe everytime i praise him. Its not his fault when since we know each other I always teasing his feminin look. I never thought that I will fall for my best friend. If I know I will treat him better from the start.  Now everything I do  he will take is a joke.
I mean it, I said. Okay, yeah whatever he reply but still looking at his phone.
I never thought he will come tonight. Because after that night I keep my distance because I am afraid of his rejection. Its my intitution,  but I think he know about my feeling. He just wait for the right time to reject me.

Let's go, we need to help that poor kitten,  tul said and look at bright who now pulled by mile tightly. He is so posessive , tul said again. I dont focus on what he said but I keep following his lead. Are you okay bright, tul ask mile husband.  Bright look Confuse, this is his first time meeting tul. Bright he is my, date tonight I said. I really cant said my bestfriend anymore. I refuse and hate that word the most now.  Mile look at me and smirk. Stop playing around tul said and smile tu bright. I am tul, mew best friend , he introduce himself.  When mile are invited to the main stage, he look at me , give firm order to protect his husband.  I know, if I am not here, he definitely will bring bright to the stage. Today my real function here are to accompany my cousin husband while he doing his thing. 

I look at my cousin like he is different person. He gently serve his husband and make sure bright is comfortable.  I dont think he need to act to that extent because bright is superstar.  He have been to many prestige event like this. It his possessiveness that he can't hide tonight.  I fall for my best friend, but my cousin fall for his husband deeper. What make it more crazy, he dont understand his feeling. He love his husband without knowing that he fall for him.
When they become a loving couple , tul whisper to me. He is so close to me. I felt my heart beat faster. I am worry that tul can listen to my heart beat. They are not, it's just mile, I said. Really, he ask me slowly.  I nod and distance myself.  I need to control myself. May be I will unconciously kiss him tonight.

Don't worry,  he is with tul, I said. It funny to see mile the great keep looking for his husband. I nearly laugh when he pretend to be okay when bright want to follow tul to the restroom. I know I cant treat tul like a cute girl. So I prepared myself with independent tul. But for my cousin, since he is the leader, top in pyramid  , he used to concured and owned. It will be fun to see how he will handle bright. As far as I know bright also independent guy who are strong. He dont need mile over protective attitude. 
Where are they, mile cant take it more. Even I pretend to be cool but I start getting worried. They take too much time. Lets find them , mile said. Its not suggestion, but it mandatory order.
While pretend to be nice and greet all people all the way,  mile cant stop but keep looking for his husband.  Mile, I said and look at tul and bright now happily talk with a foreigner delegation.

Oh my god, this is bad. I look at tul who now looking at me. Mile now become furious because the foreigner face  now too close with bright and he is whispering with bright. Tul quickly pull bright and he look at tul innocently. Before I start calming my cousin, he already grab bright waist and pull him closer. The foreigner look excited when he see mile. The try to greet him but mile coldly turn around and drag bright who are shock.  Cancel all the jv project we have with them, mile said . I look at tul. What happen , tul ask. What are you doing, I ask tul a bit angry. Tul look at me with sour face. Making friends, he said and leave me alone. I nod to the confuse stranger and walk to tul quickly.  Tul, I call him but like mile he already leave.  This is not good. Wait, I run  to my bestfriend.  I am sorry, I said. Luckily we come together tonight, if not he will leave me alone. Tul who are still angry look at me. What was that, he ask me angrily.  Sorry, I don't mean to scold you, but i am worry about bright, I said. Now tul look at mile and his team who now leave the event. Lets go I said and pull tul hand even he look reluctant. We need to help mile, if he do something stupid, bright will never forgive him I said worry about my stupid cousin.
This is ackward. I must be crazy. Tul, I call him gently this time. Stop, I don't want to talk now, he reply coldly. I only can sigh and look at him. What wrong, tul ask bright when he look Confuse and lost at the hall. Where is mile, I ask when we arrive at mile house. I dont know, he just leave me here, bright reply. What happen phi, bright ask me.
