"I don't really care, I could drown in the waves that you cause." - Chord Overstreet

"Okay, what the hell is going on with you?" Morgan asks as we are looking at the menus at the restaurant for lunch. I look up to see if she's talking to me or Lydia and she's looking at me, both of them are. Both of them are frowning and looking concerned and I am shocked because I didn't think I was showing my emotions so openly.
"Nothing?" I reply as I look back down at the menu hoping that they'll drop it.
"Bullshit. You've been crying and you haven't once brought up Lando. What happened?" Morgan demands and I sigh and shut my menu and put it down on the table. Finally, I look up at them and I take in a deep breath.
"Lando is filming that ad today for the clothing company. He told me that him and Sophie were being filmed separately and they would edit the ad to make it look like they were together. Except when I went to go see him on my way here, I walk up to him and Sophie alone and she was all over him." I explain and both girls frown as they process my words.
"And you probably jumped to conclusions and ran away when you saw that." Morgan says and I sigh deeply at her calling me out.
"Oh Bianca." Lydia shakes her head like she's disappointed in me and I immediately get defensive.
"I did run away, but I also stopped and let him explain." I grumble and just as Lydia was about to reply to me the waitress approaches our table to take our food order. We all order and then she's gone and our conversation immediately starts where it left off.
"What was his explanation?" Lydia hedges and I sigh.
"He was adamant that he didn't know she was going to be there, which I believe is true. Then I asked why he didn't think to give me a heads up about it or have his manager tell me and he claimed to be worried about my emotions and how I would react. I argued that he was only trying to protect himself and that he was probably never planning to tell me about it if I hadn't had shown up." Both Morgan and Lydia groan in annoyance and I frown.
"I have the right to be upset that he didn't tell me she was there. It's common courtesy to let your girlfriend know if the girl you cheated on her with is in the same fucking location as you when you told her she wouldn't be!"
"He claimed that he was going to tell me today when he got home, but I'm not sure I believe that." I add.
"I would be nervous to tell you that if I were him! He's terrified of losing you and doing anything to make you remotely upset and he knew this would make you upset! I don't think he was being facetious or sneaky, I think he genuinely didn't want to make you upset when he couldn't be there to comfort you and reassure you." Morgan argues and I sigh because he basically said that to me as well.
"He said as much." I tell them as I pick up my wine glass and take a drink.
"And you're still upset?" Lydia asks and I realize she hasn't touched her glass of wine.
"I am, but not with him. I'm just upset about the whole situation and I want Sophie out of the picture and hopefully after today, she will be." I explain and both of them seem relieved when they hear me say I'm not upset with Lando. At first I was when I first saw him, my flight or fight response kicked in and once again flight kicked in, until he chased after me begging for me to listen and I did. Then I realized I needed to fight if I wanted to keep him, and I do. I want him forever. I may have been a little petty when I kissed him in front of Sophie, but I needed her to know that he's mine and she won't be taking him away from me this time.
