"You're stuck in my head and I can't get you out of it.
If I could do it all again, I know I'd go back to you."

I miss Lando. We've been apart for three days now and I have been doing a lot of thinking regarding our relationship and whether or not I still want to be with him after he lied to me about being in communication with Sophie. Morgan, Lydia and Kelly have listened to me moan and groan about it for days and never once tried to sway me one way or another. They did help me realize that Lando has made it clear for a long time now that he thinks I'm his future. My mind was clouded for a moment but when I truly thought about our time together I quickly realized that he loves me more than anything and wants me.
I'm still having trouble with the lying part though. I just don't understand why he didn't tell me about her texting him. But I won't know the answer to that until I talk to him which I've decided to finally let him do.
"I'm ready to go back to Portofino." I tell the girls over brunch and all three of them look up at me with obvious relief.
"Thank god." Lydia sighs and I watch her shoulders physically drop with relief and I frown wondering why she had that reaction. I'm not surprised by her words but I am surprised about the amount of tension she had.
"What's wrong?" I ask with narrowed eyes and she sighs before answering.
"Charles called me this morning. Lando is...having a really tough time right now. He apparently has been drinking a lot, and Max suspects that he hasn't been sober since you left. There's more, but I think you should hear about it from Lando." She tells me and I frown. He's been drinking since I left? That's three days and he's not really a drinker. My heart clenches in my chest as I realize I drove him to the point where he felt like he had to escape his mind with alcohol.
"Is it really bad?" I ask with tears in my eyes and Lydia has a hard time making eye contact with me and I know it's bad. My mind immediately goes to the worst case scenario but Lydia must sense my thoughts because she's quick to put my mind at ease.
"It's bad, but not what you're thinking. He didn't cheat on you." I sigh in relief but I'm still stressed wondering what the news might be. Without another thought I stand from the table and immediately go pack wanting to leave Vernazza as quickly as possible.
It takes us two hours to finally get into the car to head back to Portofino. I'm a ball of anxiety the whole drive back and by the time we are pulling up to mine and Lando's villa I'm both excited and terrified to see Lando.
When I walk into the villa I don't immediately see Lando so I leave my bags by the door and go in search of him. I end up finding him passed out in our bed. He's lying on his stomach fully clothed and snoring quietly. I can't stop myself from approaching and sitting on the bed beside him. My hand immediately tangles into his curly hair and I massage his scalp hoping that it will maybe wake him. The smell of alcohol is pungent though and I'm not positive that he'll stir from a simple touch with how drunk I'm assuming he is.
Resolved that he won't be waking up anytime soon, I sit back on the bed and continue massaging his scalp just waiting for him to wake up and enjoying just be around him again. I'm distracted with my thoughts that I don't realize that Lando is awake and staring up at me until I happen to glance down at him. I jump slightly when I see his eyes are open but furrowed.
"Lan?" I ask curiously and he frowns.
"Are you really here or are my drunk dreams playing tricks on me again?" He asks sadly and my heart breaks as I see the tears well in his eyes. My hand tightens in his hair and he groans lowly in his throat.
