"What do you want Oliver?", I asked him as he got closer and closer with a devious look on his face.

"Nothing. Not now anyway.", He said pulling me in and gently pushing our lips together.

"Wanna come out with the gang tonight. I think we've all missed you.", I said, referring to my vandalism group. We were going to go out that night, to the upper right quadrant of the Prep. Adrian wasn't exactly invited. Andre made sure of that.

"Sure. Do your little friends still meet at the same spot?", He asked smiling, with his arms around my waist, holding me close.

"Yes. If you're coming with us you have to stop talking down on them and all.", I said with a smirk. His smile faded, I watched as his eyes shot daggers, and he forcefully grabbed my chin.

"Don't tell me what to do.", He said through gritted teeth. My heart sank.

"Sorry. I'll see you tonight then.", I said quietly as I walked past him.

-10:00-

I sat alone at lunch. I didn't eat. Though that wasn't unusual. I never ate the school food. Instead I did my History homework because that was my worst subject.

I kept glancing up from where I was sitting to see that Oliver, sitting at his usual table with his usual friends, was staring at me. He'd wave and I'd look back down at my book.

I glanced up once again and saw Oliver being patted on the back and high-fiving his friends as he stood up and started walking towards me. I quickly looked away but a few seconds later Oliver sat next to me with a hand draped over the middle section of my back.

"Hey babe. What're you doing?",he said before kissing my neck. I felt a twinge of guilt.

"Not you.", I said with a chuckle, scooting away from him.

He looked irritated, angry even, but I could visibly see him push the anger from his mind, as he repositioned himself closer to me.

"Oh really?", He said smiling, as he pulled up for my neck. "Who are you doing then? I'll kick their ass.", his lips collided with my neck again.

I chuckled. "You're gonna go kick the Aztecs' ass?"

"History? Really?", He asked dramatically, lifting his head from my neck, once again.

"Yes really. Unlike you I don't want to fail. Not because I want a future but because if I'm gonna continue going out and vandalizing shit I have to keep up the good girl facade."

"The whole good girl thing isn't much of a facade anymore.", He said sadly, almost as if he was disappointed.

"Well that would make the whole badass vandalism shit a facade, which I'm happily stating is not.", I said. He kept kissing my neck.

"If you keep sucking on my neck then I'm gonna get a hickey and we won't be able to go out tonight.", I said. He immediately stopped.

"Fine.", He said sadly. I secretly rejoiced. I felt so guilty when he kissed me. I hadn't talked to Adrian since the morning I left him in my room. It was at that moment that I decided not to be guilty. Adrian cheated. It's only fair. Although I knew that's not how the world works. It was my state of mind that justified my actions.

I saw Oli looking over at his friends. I looked at him and saw that he was smiling.

I kissed him on the cheek. "Go to them. I love you.", I said before turning back to my work with butterflies in my stomach. Not good butterflies. I had even surprised myself. I didn't want to get attached to Oliver. I really didn't.
