Sand Manipulation - Sayo can control and manipulate sand. This power allows him to create sandstorms, form solid constructs, and launch high-speed sand projectiles. He can also use the sand defensively, creating barriers or quicksand traps to immobilise opponents.

Techniques:

· Sand Dune: Sayo creates sharp, crescent-shaped trails of sand that easily slice through flesh and bone. These trails can be directed rapidly toward his enemies, making it difficult for opponents to avoid or block the attacks.

· Sandstorm: Sayo unleashes a massive tornado of sand, which engulfs the surrounding area in a violent storm. The sandstorm obscures visibility, making it nearly impossible for opponents to see or breathe. The high-speed sand particles within the storm can cause severe abrasions and disorient enemies, leaving them vulnerable to further attacks.

· Desertic Ground: Sayo transforms the ground beneath his feet into sand over an expanding radius. This technique can destabilise the terrain, causing enemies to lose footing and sink into the sand. The shifting ground can also create quicksand traps, ensnaring opponents and making it difficult for them to move or escape.

Backstory: Tadao was born into a poor family in a bustling city in Japan. His parents struggled to provide for him, and their untimely deaths left him orphaned at a young age.

With no relatives or resources to turn to, Tadao found himself homeless and forced to survive on the streets. He took refuge near the sewers, where the shadows and constant water flow provided a semblance of shelter.

To survive, Tadao resorted to stealing food from villagers. His small, nimble frame made it easier to sneak into markets and escape unnoticed. The harsh conditions of street life hardened him, but he never lost his underlying kindness and desire for companionship.

It was during one of his forays into the market that he met Eno, a young boy who extended a hand of friendship when no one else would. Eno, who came from a slightly better-off background, saw Tadao's plight and began to regularly bring him food.

Over time, the two boys formed a close bond, spending hours together in the alleyways and hidden corners of the city. They shared stories, dreams, and a mutual understanding of hardship. Eno's visits became the highlight of Tadao's days, and he began to feel a glimmer of hope for a better future.

However, Tadao soon learned that Eno's life was far from perfect. Eno confided in him about the bullying he endured at the hands of local thugs. Tadao, fiercely protective of his only friend, wanted to confront the bullies, but Eno insisted he would handle it himself. Though reluctantly, Tadao respected Eno's wishes and hoped for the best.

Tragically, Eno's situation took a dark turn. One night, Tadao discovered that Eno had transformed into a demon, driven to the edge by his tormentors. In a fit of rage and desperation, Eno had killed his bullies, and the demon transformation had been the result of his desire for power and vengeance.

When Tadao confronted Eno, he was initially horrified but soon understood the depths of his friend's suffering. Driven by his own fear of abandonment and a desire to stay by Eno's side, Tadao made a fateful decision.

He asked Eno to turn him into a demon, believing their bond could transcend their monstrous forms. Tadao's transformation into Sayo marked the end of his human life and the beginning of his existence as a Tailed Beast Demon.
