*Drip*

*Drip*

*Clash*

The air was thick with the scent of blood and the cloying stench of Moku's ink as Ayuna and the demon clashed in the middle of the room. Every strike echoed through the hall, filling the space with the sharp ring of clashing swords and the sinister squelch of ink splattering the floors and walls.

Ayuna's breathing was heavy. Her chest raised and fell rapidly as she kept her eyes locked on Moku. Sweat trickled down her temples, mixing with the blood splattering her skin.

She fought at her limit, her muscles screaming in protest, but she refused to back down. She tightened her grip on her swords, her knuckles white against the hilts as she readied herself for the next exchange.

"You're slowing down, little half-breed," Moku taunted, her voice silky and mocking as she twirled her oversized brush in her hand. Her amber eyes gleamed with amusement as if this was all just a game to her. "I wonder how long you can keep up before your weak, half-demon body gives out," she added.

Ayuna's teeth clenched at the insult, her eyes narrowing as she launched forward, her swords cutting through the air with deadly intent. "Blood Breathing One Sword Style First Form: Convulsing Tact!" she shouted, her voice carrying over the clash of steel as she drew her blade in a quick, decisive arc.

Her body blurred with the sudden burst of speed, and for a moment, it seemed as though she would land a solid hit. Her blade came down in a swift, powerful strike aimed directly at Moku's neck.

*Clank*

But Moku was ready, and with a flick of her wrist, she solidified the ink from her brush into a spear-like weapon, blocking Ayuna's strike with ease. The clash of steel and ink reverberated through the air, the force of the impact sending a shockwave through the room.

"Too predictable," Moku smirked, her voice dripping with condescension as she parried Ayuna's blade away with a fluid motion. She twisted her body, bringing her weapon around in a wide arc, forcing Ayuna to leap back to avoid the counterattack.

The distance between them grew, but Ayuna wasn't ready to relent. She dropped into a low stance, both her swords now in hand, their blood-coated edges gleaming in the dim light. Her eyes flickered with determination, even as her muscles screamed in protest. "Blood Breathing Two Sword Style First Form: Piercing Red Tide!" she shouted.

Blood from Ayuna's arms surged toward her blades, coiling around the steel before being unleashed in a long-ranged beam of blood. The beam shot toward Moku with deadly precision, cutting through the air like a bolt of crimson lightning.

Moku's eyes widened slightly at the sight of the attack, but her grin never faltered. With a flourish, she swirled her brush, and a thick shield of resin solidified before her from the ink dripping from its tip. The blood beam collided with it, splattering uselessly against the barrier.
