Name: Kazan
Previous Name: Mizu
Affiliation: Tailed Beast Demon 4
Blood Demon Art:
Magma Manipulation - Kazan can control and manipulate magma. This power allows her to create magma streams, launch magma projectiles, and form magma constructs for offensive and defensive purposes.
Techniques:
· Haze Cover: Kazan creates streams of magma that erupt from the ground and can be controlled precisely. These streams can form barriers, ensnare opponents, or launch surprise attacks from beneath the surface.
· Scorch Eruption: Kazan launches a fist of pure magma at her opponent. The magma fists travel at high speed and explode on impact, releasing a burst of searing heat and molten rock.
· Magma Hound: Kazan transforms her hand into magma claws, which can easily slice through flesh and bone. The claws can also be extended and retracted at will, allowing her to strike quickly and unpredictably.
· Crimson Fangs: Before launching it at her target, Kazan creates a wave of magma in the shape of a fanged doghead. The magma wave moves incredibly quickly and can engulf opponents, causing severe burns and immobilising them with the molten rock.
Backstory: Mizu was an orphan who never knew her parents and had to fend for herself from a young age. Despite her hardships, she was a curious and resilient child, often wandering around the village she called home.
Her insatiable curiosity led her to discover an unusual source of joy and solace: blacksmithing. She would sneak into the forge of a renowned blacksmith to watch him work, mesmerised by the way he moulded and shaped metal.
Over time, the blacksmith, realising he had an inquisitive and persistent observer, decided to take her under his wing. After catching her sneaking in again, he offered to teach her the craft, recognising her potential and determination.
The months that followed were some of the happiest in Mizu's life. She learned the art of blacksmithing from the master, whom she affectionately called "Swordmaster."
The two became well-known in the village, their bond growing stronger as they exchanged not just weapons but knowledge and stories. The blacksmith became Mizu's father figure, and she saw the parent she had always longed for in him.
One day, mustering all her courage, Mizu asked if the blacksmith could be her father. Much to her surprise and joy, the blacksmith agreed, reminding her that while he could never replace her real father, he was honoured to be seen as such.
This affirmation solidified their bond, and Mizu felt a sense of belonging and family for the first time in her life. Then, years passed, and Mizu's skills as a blacksmith flourished under the Swordmaster's guidance.
However, their peaceful life took a tragic turn when the very people who had commissioned their weapons used them to attack their village. The sight of their art being wielded for destruction devastated Mizu. She was consumed with a desire for revenge, her heart heavy with anger and betrayal.
The blacksmith counselled her against seeking revenge, reminding her it was not the way to honour their craft or values. Despite his words, Mizu's hatred and desire for vengeance grew, especially when the attackers reached their forge. A fierce battle ensued, and in the end, both Mizu and the blacksmith perished in the flames of their own forge.
In her final moments, as the fire consumed her, Mizu's heart was filled with rage and a burning desire for revenge. This overwhelming emotion caught the attention of a passing demon, who saw potential in her fury and transformed her into Kazan.
Now, as Tailed Beast Demon 4, she channels her pain and anger into devastating attacks, her once kind heart turned to stone by the fire of vengeance.
