It was good when his godfather was finally freed. Harry and Lord Black brought Sirius to St Mungo's. More than ten years in Azkaban had wreaked havoc not only on the man's physical health but also his mental health, and he certainly had to spend a fair amount of time in the hospital in order to be able to somewhat undo these damages.

Harry did manage to say goodbye to his godfather, with a promise to write to him often, before returning to Hogwarts with his head of his house Ravenclaw.

It was late when Harry returned to the Ravenclaw tower, and to his surprise, Anthony Goldstein and the others were waiting for him.

"Harry!"

As soon as he saw Harry enter, Anthony hurried to his feet and ran towards him. The blond boy took Harry's hand and shook it constantly, looking like the trial had something to do with him.

"How did things go? Did it go well?"

Normally, Harry would be uncomfortable when someone touches him. But perhaps out of joy at freeing his godfather, Harry let Anthony hold his hand, while he smiled and replied:

"It was very good. My godfather is free. And they will publicly apologize to him on the Daily Prophet tomorrow."

To Harry's surprise, Anthony Goldstein screamed and jumped, looking delighted. Not only him, but everyone else started cheering and congratulating Harry. They surrounded the Potter heir, and for the first time in his life he didn't feel uncomfortable with so many people around him.

"Harry, I'm really happy for you!"

Seeing Anthony's touched expression, Harry smiled inexplicably, but said nothing but thanked him and the others for their support. Hmm, Harry had realized that he had some emotional flaws, and he probably needed to do more research on that.

But, for the time being, Harry was content with what had happened, and spent the night celebrating with the others in Ravenclaw.

Morning had come early enough, and Harry entered the main hall with thousands of eyes on him. Somewhat used to it, Harry calmly sat down in his seat and began breakfast, while waiting for the Daily Prophet. The results of the previous day's trial have not been made public, and many people are curious about what happened. They wanted to observe Harry's expression to judge, but unfortunately Harry still kept his face as calm and relaxed as any other day. Of course, a few other people got the news, but they still wanted to know more about the trial.

Harry spread strawberry jam on his slice of bread, occasionally glancing absently at the teacher table. Dumbledore wasn't present, and the corners of Harry's mouth curled up at the thought of the old goat having to find a way to fix the ruined office.

"Yesterday there was a fire." Anthony poked the custard in front of him, and spoke while still having some sugar in his mouth. "It burned down the Headmaster's office."

Harry withdrew his smirk, and turned to Anthony with a look of surprise mixed with concern. Merlin, he was really good at that.

"That was horrible, was anyone hurt?"

"Nah, it was okay. I heard that the fire was contained before it could spread to other places, so no one was injured. But the Headmaster's office has become a ruin, though."

Of course it wouldn't have spread anywhere other than the headmaster office. After all, what Harry used was a fiendfyre, but because it was made to be stored in a glass jar, its destructive power wouldn't be as strong as a regular fiendfyre. Harry was angry at the time, but he wasn't out of his mind to hurt innocent people.
