His dangerous gaze was what scared her the most. She opened and closed her eyes several times to make sure that she wasn't dreaming. Her feet felt weak. He again putted a step forward, an evil smile occurring on his face.

Isha gulped and took a step backward, reaching almost to the edge of the pool.

"D..dekho..t...tum.."

"Isha?"

Isha looked towards the direction of the much recognizable voice. Seeing Shantanu standing there at a distance from her, Isha breathed out a sigh of relieve. A relieved smile made way to her face.

"Sh..Shantanu..." she said, her tone comparable to one of a child who saw her favorite person.

Shantanu walked towards her in a hurry. His heart almost dropped when he saw her standing at almost the edge of the pool. When he finally was near her, he asked:

"Isha, tum yaha kya karrahi ho?" His tone full of concern. He was confused as to why Isha wasn't able to stand straight. Something about her behavior seemed very odd to him, but he couldn't yet realize why.

"Sh..Shantanu...accha hua ki tum aa gaye ho..woh..woh aadmi..." Isha didn't complete her sentence. Shantanu watched confused, as she showed her finger at the distance, but he saw no one. The only thing he could see, was the small path back to the hotel.

Isha narrowed her eyes. Her drunken mind couldn't decide whether she had seen him in real or was it just a bad dream. Shantanu looked back at her.

"Kya hua, Isha? Kaunsa aadmi? Jaha toh koii nahi hain?" He said, expressing his confusion.

"Haa jaha toh koii bhi nahi hain," Isha in a slumbering tone. She putted a hand on her forehead and one on the side of her belly and closed her eyes.

"Aur tum jaha aise kyun khadi ho? You are at the edge of the pool," Isha opened her eyes, frowned and looked back. Her eyes grew wide as she saw the pool behind her.

"Hawww yeh toh kitna bada...Aahh," before she could complete her sentence, she lost her balance and was about to fall.

"Isha!" Shantanu said, panicking and quickly held Isha's hands, pulling her closer to him, to save her from falling and to bring her at a distance from the edge of the pool. He putted one arm behind her waist. Isha's one hand was on Shantanu's chest. Shantanu confusingly looked down at her, she looked up to him. Out of nothing, Isha began smiling.

"Kya hua?" Shantanu asked, slowly letting her go from his embrace.

"Kya hua? Kuch bhi toh nahi, Shantanu sir....(chuckles)," Isha, totally forgetting about the man, enjoyed the moment, the alcohol showing its effect.

Shantanu slowly realizing the reason behind her behavior. His eyes grew wide. He showed his finger at her and said: "T..tum drunk ho?"

"Heh? Kya?" Isha asked, scratching her head, stumbling backwards. Shantanu again held her hand.

"Tum drunk kaise hui?"

"Eyy! Ma..main drunk kyun hoongi, I am totally not drunk, got it, Mr. Shantanu Bhosale," she said, pointing her finger out to him. Shantanu didn't know what to say. He was sure that the while they were dancing, she was not drunk. Then what happened? Thankfully, he had noticed her absence in the party hall quickly and searched for her. How could she get drunk? Isha never drinks alcohol.

"Offooo...aise statue banke kyun khade ho, kuch toh bolo.." Isha said, her voice loud. She narrowed her eyes at him. Shantanu cleared his throat.
