Shantanu walked through the venue checking if everything is good. All the lights are burning good, the catering team was doing a good job in arranging food and drinks, the guests were happily talking with each other and the Dj played some soft music as the party had yet started.

Ishan tapped his father on his shoulder making him look at him. Shantanu looked at his son, who wore the shirt and coat gifted by Isha along with a black pant.

Shantanu gave Ishan a "what happened" expression. "Sab theek hain, baba? Main kaisa lagraha hoon," Ishan asked, excitedly.

"Sab theek hoon aur tu bohot accha lagraha hain," Shantanu answered.

"Lagoonga hi, aai ne joh gift di," Ishan said, adoring the suit. Shantanu looked at Ishan and smiled. Ishan looked back at him and adored his attire also.

(Shantanu's look)

"Waise aap bhi mast hi lagrahe ho, kaha tha nah baba, jealousy wala idea will work, yeh kapde aai ne hi aapke liye khareedhe, dheere dheere hi sahi, but woh kareeb toh aa rahi hain aapka, all thanks to me and Rajiv...and Preeta ma'am."

"Haa..keh toh tu sahi hi raha hain...waise reh kaha gaye tumhare aai aur Savi?" Shantanu wondered looking towards the entrance.

"Intezaar nahi horaha hain, baba," Ishan teased him. Shantanu shook his head in annoyance.

"Accha accha baba, aap fikr mat karo woh aa jayenge, fikr karne ke kuch aur reason hain."

Shantanu frowned as he looked at Ishan. "Kya reason? Kya hua?"

"Arreh baba, Aaj sab aayein hain, kakasaheb, Akkasaheb, Nishi kaka, Asmita kaku, sab...toh..," Ishan didn't complete his sentence as Shantanu understood what he wanted say.

"Dekho Ishu, mujhe nahi padhta itna farakh ki yeh log kya kehte hain, waise bhi aaj jaha bohot saare log aayein hain, toh tamasha toh nahi karenge, mujhe Isha ki fikr horaha hain, yeh log ek mauka nahi chodhte Isha ko taana maarne ke, Isha ko taqleef pohouchane ke, aur Isha unke baaton ko apne pe haawi bhi hone deti hain," Shantanu explained to Ishan. Ishan nodded in understanding.

"Aai..," Ishan said in low yet excited tone.

Shantanu frowned and looked at Ishan. "Kya hua tumhare aai ko?" Ishan looked Shantanu and held him by his chin.

"Baba, mujhe nahi aage dekho...aai ko...Kitne sundar hain mere aai," Ishan said. Shantanu's mouth fell open as he saw Isha in her saree, walking confidently into the party tent accompanied by Savi.
