"Where's the little witch? I thought she was the one who said we couldn't miss anymore days of school?” Jeremy asked as he teetered back on his stool while we waited for the biology teacher to arrive.

I hope this dumbass falls off his seat… Alice would love to hear about it I'm sure… especially if she found out what he called her…

"Cassandra came home last night so she's spending the day with her so they can catch up.” I smiled, thinking about my beautiful Red. "She won't ever admit it, but I know she missed her.”

“C-cassandra's home?"

Cue the dumbass landing on his ass…

"…Yeah? You okay?" I eyes him suspiciously, noticeing the deep red color on his face as he scrambled to pick both himself and the stool up off the floor.

Oh Alice is gonna fucking love this.

"O-oh! That's…that's cool… I guess…" He replied cooly, swiping his hand through his dark gelled back hair. A habit he has when he's nervous or lying about something. And right now the dumb fuck was lying to himself.

“Oh fuck off!" I rolled my eyes, “You don't gotta pretend- we all know you got a crush on the red head!"

“Strawberry blonde."

“What?"

“Her hair. It's strawberry blonde- not red."

“Whatever." I rolled my eyes with a sly smirk, “stalker much?"

“Yo! That's not- I'm not- wouldn't—"

“Bro chill before you have a stroke! I was only joking."

“Asshole." He grumbled, doodling in his notebook and before I could make some sort of smartass remark, the biology teacher strolled in like this was the last place he wanted to be.

This is the last place I want to be too so I get it. I wanna be at home cuddling my girlfriend, but no, she's at home and I'm here because she thinks it'll look bad on my college applications if I skip any more school.

By lunchtime I was ready to call it quits and go home. Biology wasn't so bad because we only took notes, but when it came time for history I was ready to take a fat nap. I thought about taking one right in the classroom but I know Alice wouldn't be too happy about that.

And math was, well, math… like seriously algebra, stop trying to find your X, we don't know Y she left but obviously it was for a good reason.
