Hope

"Alright, I'm out." I told Dean while giving Tommy a kiss on his cheek.

"Already?" Dean asked incredulously. He'd just gotten back from whatever he'd been doing. He'd come through the door, went straight towards the shower and greeted me after he'd finally got out. He wasn't wearing anything save for a towel around his hips while he was munching on some cookies. I knew he'd buy some pizza or something equally as greasy once I was out because he seemed like a starving man.

"Yeah, I have a pretty demanding client." It wasn't entirely a lie. Tauren had been calling me pretty much every day. The kids at school got irritated since I seemed out of business but I couldn't care less. I was making more money than ever.

"It's okay to slow down a little bit, Hope." Dean stopped shoving food in his mouth for a second so he could look at me. "You know I joined the cartel to make life easier for us." He said.

"Don't be dramatic, it only seems like I'm working more because I've been spending more time with the girls." I rolled my eyes. Truth is, a few months ago I would've told him about my plans. I would've told him everything. Now, we were practically strangers living in the same house. I knew what Dean had been doing for the cartel and even though it was disgusting, I would've understood if he'd told me. Instead, I had to ask Tauren to find out for me and he'd told me within a heartbeat.

Dean had been lying to me so I figured I'd return the favor. He didn't know about Tauren, he didn't know what I'd been planning these weeks and he didn't know I was gonna get my revenge tonight. He'd never know because apparently we turned into those kinds of people.

"You sure?" He asked, his eyes pleading for something more.

"Positive. You know more than I do how battered they were. I'm just helping out. Don't wait up for me, I'll see you tomorrow." I went in for a short hug me he held onto me a few seconds longer than I'd anticipated, like he was grasping onto the relationship we used to have.

My mood shifted rapidly once I was outside, away from the suffocating atmosphere inside of my house. I was meeting Tauren at his place as usual. His place wasn't as big as Alex's but it was still impressive. I went through the back entrance and went up to his room without paying much attention to anything else.

I found him lying on the bed with his eyes closed. His hands rested behind his head and he had a set of earphones on. His head slowly bobbing along with the music. I went over to his bed and straddled him as a greeting. Within a second, his eyes shot open, he grabbed me by my arms and pushed me down so he was lying on top of me.

"Shit, Hope. Don't sneak up on me like that, I could've hurt you." He said, his breathing slightly labored.

"Please, it takes a little more than that to hurt me. Plus, I didn't sneak up on you, you just didn't hear me." My eyes went to the headphones that had fallen on the floor. I couldn't point at them since Tauren was still holding my arms in place.

"We're already in this comprimising position so let's make most of it." He said before he lowered his head so he could claim my lips with his. I wasn't really in the mood to play or to be teased so I freed my arms from Tauren's grip and pushed his sweatpants down. He groaned in the kiss when I grabbed him and his soft sounds quickly turned into wild grunts when I pushed him inside of me. I never bothered wearing underwear when I was visiting clients, they were just a waste of time.

"You're eager." He said while he found a steady pace we both liked.

"Shut up." I told him firmly. Without further ado, he stopped, turned me around agressively so I was on my hands and knees and started pounding into me while his grasp on my hips tightened so I wouldn't fall over.
