[NEW] Eeveelution Café

INTRODUCTION

Hey there! I'm Kyari, and it's so nice to see you! (not literally see but yeah)

A quick intro of me, I'm an author who writes random novels and Pokemon stuff in this case. I usually ask my friends about plot and some decisions for me to take, but I do all the writing by myself. I also have a Discord server (check my account's announcements for the sake of it) that I post stuff about this on. (lovely advertising ikr) I'm a sane Sylveon enthusiast with the majority of my friends being Espeon or Glaceon enthusiasts, so here's the real question: which Eeveelution is your favorite? :3

Anyways, this book is just about some Eeveelutions opening a café business and experiencing the wonderful things about life! (there's going to be some angst btw.) Each one has a unique personality, and there shouldn't be anyone that you would think of as "no personality" or "just here for numbers". If it does, it's my fault :<

Now, the lovely book system I use. There WILL be 5-7 special chapters (inspired by Eeveelution Squad, the majority of this story is inspired by that anyways) after 13-17 main chapters for each book. There will be checkpoints that I suggest for you to read since there might be some warnings up ahead. Usually it'll only be minor mentions, but it's best if you still read through each checkpoint. They're not very long parts, after all. You can also post questions for any clarifications of any story-related content in the checkpoints, but questions that involved content for future lore will not be answered directly. 

So, there's a difference between main chapter storyline and special chapter storyline. Main chapter storyline is just "a flowing movement" (okay I sound like my band director now) of a story, while special chapters explain more of the past and each character's backstory through some thoughts, events and flashbacks (similar to prologues except prologues aren't flashbacks). I will use [MC] for main storyline and [SC] for special chapters. Both storylines ARE CANON, but special chapters would be specifically stated to be in a certain time period of the main storyline (if that makes any sense at all). For example, Special Chapter 1 MAY (just an example, not confirmed yet) take place between Main Storyline Chapter 7 and 8 but be positioned after a checkpoint. Eventually after completing both Main Storyline and Special Chapters of a Book, I would post a list right after the Main Storyline Book _ checkpoint and arrange every chapter (main and special) based on timeline if you would like to read it that way. Note that it will only happen after the completion of both factors of the book. 

Each main storyline chapter may be around 1.5k-2.5k words (usually 1.7k-ish) while special chapter is close but usually shorter (usually 1.5k-ish). Sometimes I write far less or far more if it feels right, but it shouldn't be too much a difference than the estimated average. Each chapter would take roughly around a week or 10 days, depending on how busy I am with other stuff, how much sanity I have and how much motivation I have to write. I will post on my account's announcements if the schedule isn't scheduling properly and there will be a long break between posts. I'll also post on the Discord server. 

*Yes, I also use a season system for the books. Each season would have around 2-4 books and the books' involved in the specific season will always be circulating around a specific topic. Please don't ask me about specific seasons coming out, because doing so would basically just get me to give out the summary of the plot for all of the books in the season. 

There is also a "Special Event" system. So for each 10 followers, the Eeveelutions will have to do 5 randomly picked dares (each of them will be numbered off) (1 dare per user). For each 10 saves in library, the Eeveelutions will have to answer 5 randomly picked questions (cannot be future lore stuff since they can't predict the future). That's it for now, but there will probably be future updates about these silly little events. 

Now, about the present. I'm still busy with finals, and both my math and humanities ones are coming in less than a week. Planning the lore (deleting some unnecessary stuff or adding in some more important stuff) shouldn't take that long if I try hard enough, but I feel like that writing the Book 1 Prologue might take some time. Expect it to be published around late-June or early-July. 

The next part published will be out shortly, and it involves each Eeveelution's character/moodboard. You might wonder why this is necessary, but it would build onto the true personalities of each character and how they really feel. It's like getting to know them better. And for new readers, it would be a starting point for how you expect the characters to act like. 

If you're an old reader, you would know that the original EC with over 2k total reads was abandoned because I messed up the plotline with too much random violence that defeated the original purpose of the series. But this time, I promise that this book is just to explore healing processes and how to let go from the past.
