Mattheo POV

As usual, the four of us sat together in a compartment on the Hogwarts Express. I sat beside Theo, while Draco and Blaise sat across from us.

"Whoever thought I wouldn't be able to pull both Pansy and Astoria and dump them within a year. Please raise your hand" Draco smirked.

I close my eyes before reluctantly raising my hand. Draco places a hand on my shoulder.

"Mattheo Marvolo Riddle, you lost the bet so you need to pay up." Draco snickered.

I leaned back and smirked, "Alright, bring it on, how should I pay?"

The three guys exchanged suspicious glances. What are those bastards planning to do? Knowing my friends, those glances were not good news.

Draco grins "We want you to seduce a girl and make her fall in love with you."

I scoff "That's easy, pretty much all the girls want me"

Draco laughs in amusement "We haven't specified who we want you to seduce yet, and you're already so confident?"

I nod "I can make any girl fall for me. Unless you want me to seduce a first-year, that is not happening"

Draco shakes his head "No, no I'm not that cruel to first years."

"Good, then spill it, who do you want me to seduce?"

The three of them say simultaneously "Aurora Black"

I cock an eyebrow "Aurora Black? As in Sirus Black's daughter?"

Theo nods "And she despises all of us"

"She's friends with Potter, Weasley, and Granger" Blaise adds.

"Not to mention, she just broke up with her ex a few months ago" Draco smirks

"Fred Weasley," I say in confirmation. "But why did you guys choose her?"

The corner of Draco's mouth tilts upwards "One, she hates us. Which makes it difficult for you. Two, she's probably hung up on her ex, which makes it even harder. Three, her friends also hate you and will drive you away from her. Four, she's pretty, now before you deny it don't even try, we distinctively remember you saying that in our second year."

I roll my eyes. "Yes, I did say she's pretty but that was four years ago!"

"Mattheo Riddle, are you accepting the bet or backing out like a sore loser?" Theodore asks.

I scoff "Fine, I'll do it. Unlike someone who was scared that Regulus Black would kill him if he ever secluded Aurora Black, I'll do it."

Theodore rolls his eyes "Regulus Black is my dad's friend, and he loves his niece. If I broke her heart I would be dead by now."

Theodore lost a bet last year and was supposed to seduce Aurora until he cowardly backed out. His family was connected to hers so he was afraid, but I had no connections with her. Well unless you count my stepmother Bellatrix Lestrange as a connection to the black family, other than that I had nothing to be afraid of.

"Ok so it's confirmed, Matt you have a year to make her fall in love with you and dump her." Draco grins.

I nod "Watch and learn boys, I'll prove to you that I can make anyone fall in love with me"

Aurora Black will be mine.
