The crowd roared with excitement as the Marauders took the stage, their energy electrifying the air in the packed concert hall. Y/N stood at their post near the front of the stage, eyes scanning the sea of fans for any sign of trouble. Being the head of security for the band was no easy task, but Y/N took pride in keeping Remus, James, Sirius, and Peter safe.

The band launched into their opening number, the music pulsating through the hall. Y/N’s gaze swept over the barricade separating the stage from the crowd, ensuring everyone was enjoying the show without getting too rowdy. Everything seemed under control until Y/N noticed a figure in the crowd acting suspiciously, pushing their way towards the front with a determined look.

Y/N tensed, ready to move at a moment’s notice. The figure suddenly vaulted over the barrier, aiming directly for Remus, who was lost in the music and unaware of the impending danger.

Without hesitation, Y/N sprang into action, charging towards the stage. They collided with the intruder mid-air, tackling them to the ground just inches away from Remus. The impact was hard, and Y/N felt a sharp pain in their shoulder, but they ignored it, focusing on restraining the attacker.

The music screeched to a halt as the band and the audience realized what had happened. Security personnel rushed to help Y/N, pulling the intruder away and securing them. Remus, James, Sirius, and Peter gathered around Y/N, concern etched on their faces.

“Are you alright?” Remus asked, his voice filled with worry.

Y/N winced, feeling the pain intensify in their shoulder. “I’m fine, just a little banged up. Is everyone okay?”

Sirius knelt beside them, his usually playful demeanor replaced by seriousness. “Thanks to you, we’re all fine. That was incredibly brave, Y/N.”

James nodded, clapping a hand on Y/N’s uninjured shoulder. “You saved Remus. We can’t thank you enough.”

Y/N managed a smile despite the pain. “Just doing my job.”

Peter helped Y/N to their feet, and they were taken backstage to be checked out by a medic. The band followed closely, making sure their savior was well taken care of. As Y/N’s shoulder was examined and bandaged, the Marauders stood by, expressing their gratitude repeatedly.

“You’re more than just security to us, Y/N,” Remus said softly, once the chaos had settled. “You’re part of the family.”

Y/N’s heart swelled at his words, the pain in their shoulder momentarily forgotten. “Thank you, Remus. That means a lot.”

The concert resumed later that night, with the Marauders dedicating their next song to Y/N. As the music filled the hall once more, Y/N stood backstage, a sense of pride and belonging washing over them. No matter the dangers, they knew they would always protect their family.
