The next morning, Y/N woke up to the feeling of Remus' steady breathing against her neck. She tried to move gently, but his arms tightened around her, pulling her closer. Smiling to herself, she settled back against him, content to enjoy a few more moments of peace.
Their quiet moment was interrupted by the door to the dorm creaking open. Y/N turned her head just in time to see Sirius walk in, his hair tousled and a mischievous grin on his face.
"Morning, lovebirds," Sirius announced, his voice full of amusement.
Remus groaned and buried his face deeper into Y/N's shoulder, clearly not ready to face the day. Y/N felt her cheeks flush as she tried to disentangle herself from Remus' grip, but he held on tight.
"Sirius," she whispered, "could you give us a minute?"
But Sirius just chuckled, walking further into the room. "Nah, this is too good to miss. I've never seen Moony this clingy before."
Remus finally lifted his head, his eyes bleary and his hair a mess. "Sirius, do you mind?" he muttered, though there was no real annoyance in his tone.
"Not at all," Sirius replied, leaning against the bedpost. "In fact, I think it's adorable. Who knew the big, bad werewolf was such a cuddle monster?"
Remus sighed but didn't let go of Y/N. "Shut up, Padfoot."
Sirius just laughed, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "You know, if you wanted some privacy, you could have put up a sign or something."
Y/N couldn't help but giggle at the absurdity of the situation. "It's fine, Sirius. Just... unexpected."
Remus finally loosened his grip enough for Y/N to sit up, though he kept one arm around her waist. "Can you give us a few minutes, at least?" he asked Sirius.
Sirius held up his hands in mock surrender. "Alright, alright. I'll leave you two lovebirds alone. But don't take too long, breakfast is in a bit, and James is already trying to steal the best bits."
With one last wink, Sirius sauntered out of the room, closing the door behind him.
Y/N turned to Remus, who was still looking half-asleep but undeniably cute. "I didn't realize you were such a cuddler," she teased gently.
Remus sighed, a sheepish smile tugging at his lips. "Only with you," he admitted, pulling her close again. "Is that okay?"
"More than okay," she replied, snuggling back into his embrace. "But we should probably get up soon."
"Five more minutes," he mumbled, resting his head on hers.
Y/N laughed softly. "Alright, five more minutes."
As they lay there, wrapped up in each other, Y/N couldn't help but feel a warm glow of happiness. Remus might be clingy, but it was a sign of how much he cared. And with friends like Sirius around to make light of it, she knew they were surrounded by love and laughter.
