Gandalf, Galadriel, Esmeralda, Luna, Celeborn, and Elrond are the only ones remaining in the pavilion.

"My children, you, have grown beautiful the last time we saw you two," Celeborn spoke.

"You still are handsome to this day and all of eternity Ada. You however mother, you've grown powerful and elegant as ever," Esmeralda comment.

Galadriel and Celeborn smile at their second eldest. Luna giggles when Celeborn move her stand of hair behind her ear. Celeborn's smile grew bigger of hearing her giggle after all those years taken from them.

"Do thank Radagast when you see him during our journey, Gandalf," Esmeralda spoke.

"Of course," Gandalf chuckles.

"You've seen something," Elrond spoke.

Esmeralda look at him with unreadable eyes that not even her parents or Gandalf could read.

"Yes, and if the Valar themselves deemed for me to speak of it, I shall. But they have said nothing to me yet," Esmeralda confirmed.

"Esmeralda out of the two of us is the only one having a strong connection to the Valar. I only have a connection to Lord Irmo and Lord Mandos," Luna added.

The four adults' breath hitched when the two has a connection with the Valar. One has all of the connection to them while the other has the connection of the Lord of Dreams, Visions, and Creator of the Oloré Mallé, or Path of Dreams.

Esmeralda turn to Gandalf as he himself knows it is time to go. Galadriel know of the sad look her second eldest has on her face.

"You will follow them," Galadriel spoke.

"Yes," Gandalf answered.

"You are right to help Thorin Oakenshield. But I fear this quest has set in motion forces we do not yet understand. The riddle of the Morgul blade must be answered. Something moves in the shadows, unseen, hidden from our sight. It will not show itself, not yet. But every day it grows in strength. You must be careful," Galadriel warned.

Esmeralda took three way mirrors for Galadriel, Elrond, and Celeborn. So they could talk more. Once everything is done with the Company they'll come home if their one deemed it.

The two kiss their parents and brother-in-law goodbye with sad tears leaving their eyes. Elrond and Celeborn went to see them off. The two knows Galadriel needs to talk to Gandalf still.

Gandalf turn to walk away and when he has gone a short distance, Galadriel speaks again.

"Mithrandir? Why the Halfling?," she asked.

"Mithrandir? Why the Halfling?," she asked

"I don't know. Saruman believes that it is only great power that can hold evil in check. But that is not what I have found. I've found it is the small things, everyday deeds of ordinary folk, that keeps the darkness at bay. Simple acts of kindness and love. Why Bilbo Baggins? Perhaps it is because I am afraid, and he gives me courage," Gandalf answered so distant from himself from within him.

Galadriel suddenly appears in front of Gandalf, and she takes his old, weary hands in hers.

'Do not be afraid, Mithrandir,' Galadriel spoke inside his mind.

"You are not alone," Galadriel added.

Galadriel tucks a loose strand of Gandalf's hair back.

[If you should ever need my help, I will come] she said to him.

Gandalf bows, and Galadriel gently moves her hands away from his. Gandalf looks up, and Galadriel has disappeared. When he walks down to meet the girls he also saw Celeborn disappeared and so did Elrond.

"Let us ride," Esmeralda spoke.

The three mount their horses and went quickly to catch up with the company.
