SAM AND HIS TWO PUPPIES

When they arrived, Embry and Quil were already there waiting for them. The three of them are inseparable, and when Ana moved here, they immediately accepted her into their small group. Although she has a special bond with Jake, Embry and Quil are just as special to her. All three look after her like a drop of water on the palm of their hand.

As soon as she got out of her father's car, Embry tackled her into a hug, "Banana, happy birthday!" he shouted

He squeezed her so hard that she ran out of air. "Em, I have to breathe," she laughed.

"Dude let her go, I have to hug her too." Quil pushed Embry away and hugged Ana.

"Happy birthday Ana." Quil told her and squeezed her just as hard as Embry.

Ana laughed, "Thank you guys, but I really need to breathe."

When the boys finally let her go, they all went into the house. Billy was sitting in front of the TV and when he saw Ana, he spread his arms inviting her into a hug. She immediately ran and hugged him.

"Happy birthday my dear Ana." he told her

"Thanks Billy" she told him and kissed his cheek.

Embry pointed a finger at her "Hey, how come we didn't get a kiss and Billy did?"

Charlie cleared his throat and looked at Embry. Ana smirked and told him "Because my dad has a gun."

Embry's eyes widened and awkwardly said "Right. He's a cop."

Everyone laughed at Embry's reaction. Charlie winked at Ana.

Billy then said "Ana, I hope you don't mind, I invited Sam to the bonfire tonight."

Jake groaned "Why? Will his puppies come with him?"

"Jakob!" Billy warned

Ana looked at them questioningly "I don't mind Billy, the more the marrier."

She then looked at Billy with a smile "Wait, you said Sam, like Sam Uley?"

Billy laughed and nodded.

Ana beamed "Oh my god, of course I don't mind. I haven't seen Sam in years. It will be good to see him again."

Then she looked at Jake "What do you mean puppies? Does he have little puppies? I love puppies!" now she was excited to play with the puppies.

Everyone laughed at her. She just looked at them confused "What?"

"Sam has no puppies, it's just Paul and Jared, his followers." Embry scoffed

"Yeah, they'll do whatever Sam tells them to do like good puppies." Quil continued.

"Boys, stop it!" Billy warned again

Ana was even more confused now. Who are Paul and Jared? She has known Sam since she was a child. When she would came to Billy's, Sam was often there and played with her. Sam is three years older than her and regardless, they were very good friends. She is excited to see Sam again, and meet those boys Jared and Paul.

"I have no idea what you're talking about, but I'm excited to see Sam again and meet those two boys." she was smiling.

"Nothing special about them," Jake muttered. Billy just let out an annoyed breath.
