It was morning, and Ana was in the truck on her way to the pharmacy to buy a pregnancy test. She was still in shock, she couldn't believe what was happening. She knew about the possibility, but she didn't think it would actually happen. She panicked for so many reasons. She is too young, they are both too young to be parents, this is not the time to bring a new life into the world with vampires running around, what will Paul think about this, her dad will kill her when he finds out..
She took a deep breath "Maybe it isn't.."
She bought the test and returned home. Luckily, Charlie wasn't awake yet, so he wouldn't ask her where she was. The poor man was exhausted and slept like a log.
Ana entered her bedroom and called Paul. He didn't answer, which means he's on patrol. That suited Ana because she has to go to Emily, she's the only one she wants to confide in for now about this. She called Emily.
"Hallo." Emily answered
"Emily, can I come to your house? It's urgent!" Ana asked her in a panic
"Of course Ana, you don't even have to ask me that. What's wrong? You sound panicked." Emily said worriedly
"We'll talk when I get there. I'm on my way." Ana said hurriedly and hung up the phone as she was already leaving the house.
When Ana got to Emily's, she parked the truck and ran into the house. She was greeted inside by Emily, Jared and Embry.
"Hey Ana, where's the rush?" Jared asked her with a smile
Ana was out of breath and looked like someone was chasing her "Look, Bella came back last night. Edward was with her too, the whole family is back."
Everyone stared at her with their mouths open
"What? How?" Embry asked confused
"I don't know!" Ana snapped "Go and let Sam know!"
"Sam and Paul will come from the patrol in a little while, so tell them yourself..." Jared began but Ana interrupted him
"Go away!!" she shouted
Jared and Embry's eyes widened, but they didn't move, they just stared at her in wonder.
She took a deep breath "I said get out, Emily and I have things to talk about that are none of your business!" she said more calmly now
Embry began to protest "Why do we have to.."
"She told you to go inform Sam about the Cullens. Go!" this time Emily shouted.
She saw that Ana was distracted and that something was bothering her. She knew something was serious as soon as she walked in with a panicked look.
