It was now morning and Paul and Ana were just entering Sam's house. Everyone was there except Jake. Emily was quick to pull Ana into a hug.
"God, I'm so glad you're okay. You must have been so scared."
Ana smiled at her "You have no idea how. But I'm ok now, don't worry."
They were all worried about Ana and when they saw that she was fine they were relieved. They had breakfast and the atmosphere was as usually cheerful and loud. Ana was sitting on Paul's lap, he didn't want to let go of her, too scared that something would happen to her. Ana understood and let him satisfy his needs to make sure she was okay. His instincts to protect, especially her, are strong and Ana understands that. And it's not like she minded being close to Paul, so she didn't have a problem with it.
"Are you ok baby?" he asked her and kissed her shoulder
She smiled at him "I'm fine, don't worry."
After a while Ana stood up from Paul's lap and said "Okay, I had a great time with you guys, and Emily, food was delicious as usual, but now I have to go."
Paul wasn't the happiest, but they had a talk this morning and agreed that it was okay for Ana to go see Billy as long as she called or texted him every so often to say she was okay.
"Where are you going?" Embry asked worriedly
"I'm going to see Billy, I haven't seen him in a while." Ana smiled
Sam took a quick look at Paul and saw that he was calm about it so he told Ana "Be safe and tell Jake to come over. We have some things to discuss."
"No problem Sam." Ana told him and turned to Paul "I will be safe and I will not leave the house."
She gave him a peck on the lips and said "I'll send you a text or call you so you know I'm fine, don't worry."
He patted her ass "Okay, I love you"
Ana beamed "Love you." she looked at the others "Bye guys, see you later."
Billy's house was not far from Sam's and she arrived quickly. She entered the house and called "Billy are you there?"
He rolled out of the hall and smiled big "Ana my dear, come here and give me a hug."
She beamed and obeyed him. She gave him a big hug and a kiss on the cheek "How should I prepare the tea, herbal as we like?"
"Yes please." Billy smiled
They sat at the table and talked. Ana noticed Billy's worried looks but did not mention anything. Jake probably told him what happened yesterday so he was worried.
