Ana cannot believe what she is hearing. Did this perfection just call her perfect? She must have misheard or hallucinated. There is no way he feels the same as she does. A guy like him would never go after a girl like her. And that made her a little sad.

She quickly cleared her thoughts and blinked several times. She didn't say anything, she just stared at Paul. She is speechless, for the first time in her life.

He was still looking at her. They both just looked at each other. Sam nudged Ana with his elbow and then she looked at him, he was looking at her with raised eyebrows.

Ana then got up from the bench and extended her hand to Paul. He took her hand in his. When they touched Ana gasped. His skin is so warm, it's almost impossible and his hand fits perfectly in hers.

She finally spoke "Hey Paul, I'm Anabella, but please call me Ana." she smiled at him

After a long time Paul has a cheerful smile on his face "Happy birthday Ana."

Jared cleared his throat beside them "I'm Jared by the way, happy birthday."

Ana looked at him and smiled "Thanks guys, I'm glad you could join us."

She looked at Paul "Do you need anything? Are you thirsty? Hungry?"

Ana started to go get them something to drink but Paul stopped her by taking her elbow "Calm down Ana, you don't need to bring us anything, we can bring ourselves. Just sit down and relax."
