"Can you guys see anything?" Po's voice echoed throughout the tunnels, as well as the other's.

"What even is here to see?" Mantis asked. "It's nothing but pitch black down here."

"Oh, no. What a nightmare." Daiyu mocked.

"Sorry." Mantis replied quickly.

After they all found each other in the pitch blackness, they automatically held onto each other and tried to figure out their next step. Po then said to Zhen.

"Hey, kid. I know it's not really a death-death grip to you, but could you please not dig your claws further into my arm? I can't even see if it's starting to bleed or not."

"Well, do you want me or any of us to get lost in here?!" Zhen asked defensively.

"Well, not really. But Daiyu can simply track you back when you do." Po answered reassuringly.

"If I feel like it." Daiyu corrected.

"We won't let anything happen to you." Tigress promised Zhen. "You only have to stay close to us and not wander off."

"Yeah, right." Zhen scoffed.

"Does this underground city have a name by any chance?" Po asked Zhen.

"It's not really a city if you asked me, it's more like a huge dump that the people from above throw in here, so the people down here practically live in trash and anything that's gross." Zhen replied. "But the people call it the Rumbling Pit."

"What kind of ugly name is that?" Mantis asked, sitting on Daiyu's shoulder. "Sounds like a rundown fighting ring."

"Actually, it's called Nanzhou." Daiyu corrected.

"Nanzhou?" Tai Lung muttered almost too softly, his eyebrows furrowed.

"What?" Po asked, having heard Tai Lung's mutter a little bit.

"Nothing." Tai Lung waved almost dismissively at Po

"Nanzhou doesn't exist, it's a myth that mostly old people down here use to brainwash you and make you think you're virtuous and that you're doing the world a huge favor." Zhen told Daiyu. "I don't know why nobody ever bothered to tell you, but it is what it is. And maybe we can all discuss this under some light and shelter, that we need to find right now!"

"You're scared of the dark?" Daiyu asked.

"Shut up!" Zhen spat.

"Zhen!" Po scolded.

"I don't blame you for feeling that way. Many people heavily depend on eyesight, as we all know, so they fear what they cannot see or that they won't be able to see at all." Daiyu reassured. "Oh, I forgot I brought my matchbox with me, let me get it real quick. I kept it in my pocket."

"Why did you even bother to bring a matchbox in the first place?" Tai Lung asked. "Were you an arsonist too?"

"I took it in case something like this were to happen and when some of my friends happen to be night blind, petrified of the dark and unprepared, coming from someone who's regular blind and knows that those lurking in the dark have yet to find of us." Daiyu replied. "And I've never even touched a match, until right now!"

"Wha-Wha-What're you saying? Are-... are you saying he's already down here?!" Zhen mildly panicked, now fully holding on tighter to Po.

"Zhen!" Po yelped. "Starting to get hurtful now!"

"It's just me, Po, Tigress, Mantis, Tai Lung and you." Daiyu answered, lighting a match and only blinding the others for a millisecond.

"See? What did I tell you?"
