SPENCER POV

2 DAYS LATER

Oliva Baker...Olivia Baker...Olivia Baker...

That's a name I thought I'd never hear again let alone see her face. After what I did, she packed up and left without saying goodbye. Did I deserve a goodbye? No, but it would've been nice to get one. This should be fun. Liv vs. Kim, let's see who wins.

Surprisingly, we're meeting Coach and Mrs. Baker for dinner tonight, and I am hesitant about bringing Kim. She's never been part of the family, so bringing her wouldn't make sense, but having her down my throat later doesn't seem like the best option, so why not bring her?

"Tell me why we're going to dinner with these people again. I don't even know them, and you expect me to be comfortable in a room full of strangers?  I'm not having it." Kim tells me as we get into the car.

"They're not strangers and for the love of god, can you be nice for one night? These people are like my second family so chill out okay? Jerome is going to be there, so you'll have 2 people you know

"They're not strangers and for the love of god, can you be nice for one night? These people are like my second family so chill out okay? Jerome is going to be there, so you'll have 2 people you know. Just sit back and look cute if it comes down to it." I tell her as she nods.

I was honestly surprised when I got the text from Mrs. Baker inviting me to dinner. I kept in contact with her after the break up because she's good with advice. Olivia and I were together for so long, that I became her second son. I love her like my second mom, so coming to this dinner was the least I could do.

"Second family, wow, something else I didn't know about you. Interesting. I don't care if Jerome is there, none of my friends will be there. Just a bunch of snobby Texas kids." She tells me as I shake my head and start the car.

"Okay Kim, just sit there and look pretty," I tell her smiling.

I don't know who's gonna be here tonight, but I can take a guess

I don't know who's gonna be here tonight, but I can take a guess. I'm just hoping I don't run into her or see her tonight. She's been on my mind a little too much lately, and explaining all of that to Kimberly is the last thing I want to do.
