Tonight is the annual pre-season party which is hosted at Spencer's house. It's his year to host, and since I've never been to one, I have to show up and show out. Since they allowed us to bring a plus one, I'm bringing Liv.
We've been kicking it for a few, and I think I want to ask her to be my girlfriend. I know she doesn't want to date yet, but I think I can change her mind. One thing about me is that I'm a player, but I'll settle down for a bit until I get tired.
"Darnell, can you fix my necklace please?" Olivia asks as I get a better glimpse at her dress.

"Yeah, no problem," I tell her as she slides on her shoes and we head over to Spencer's house.
Once I pull up to his crib, I'm shocked. He's got a nice ass house. This is the goal. I'm trying to work up so I can get something like this. I knew his house was nice but with it lit up, it looks beautiful.

"Wow, Spencer has done well for himself," I say to no one in particular.
"Yep. He has. He's come a long way from when he was younger." Liv states as I look at her.
"You knew Spence when he was young? I didn't know that." I tell her as she sighs.
"I mean, there's really nothing to know. We just grew up together and separated in college, nothing too special. Anyways, can we go in now?" She asks as she folds her hands and shrugs her shoulders.
