In class the next day, Gemini immediately saw something that made him very happy.

His friend, Prim, was sitting in her front table in the middle row, as usual, and she looked amazing.  Long, straight, slightly bleached brown hair fell freely on her small shoulders hidden under a nice, slightly green thin sweater, she had light but beautiful makeup on her face, and the whole was complemented by perfectly matched gold jewelry, gold earrings, a gold necklace and a gold watch on her back.  left hand.  Prim also chose a simple, navy blue, knee-length skirt and not very high heels that clicked loudly when she walked.

“Hello Prim!” He greeted her with smile, stopping next to her table and making her put away her phone.

“Oh, Gem.  Hello, future king.  What's up?”

“Nothing new, we just got roommates, but you probably already know that. So you better tell me, how are you?  You disappeared without warning for five whole days.  I had to ask P'Off about you, but he told me I didn't have to worry”.

“Oh, it's nothing serious.  My aunt Som was sick and my mother asked me to take care of their shop for a while.  I'm sorry I haven't messaged, but there was no reception, but I promise we'll make up for lost time tonight.  Come to me, I'll ask June to leave us alone, just the two of us”.

Fourth, although he didn't want to witness this overly sweet conversation(the most annoying thing was this girl's tone of voice, Fourth could swear that she was trying to flirt with Gem, especially when she smiled at him and looked him in the eye), sat close enough to hear every word and see the greedy look Prim was giving Gem.

«It's as if he was her property,» Fourth thought disgustedly, and his bad mood worsened when he saw Prim grab Gem's hand. Part of the conversation escaped Fourth, who already imagined himself getting up from his seat,  walking up to the two, grabbing Prim's arm and twisting it painfully.

“...to dinner together,” Fourth heard only the end of Prim's statement.

“No problem.  I will always find time for you”.

Nattawat didn't know why Prim irritated him so much that she aroused his worst instincts, including the one that told him to corner her somewhere alone and set her damn pretty hair on fire.

“Blah blah blah”. Fourth parodied Prim's statement, which caught Gem's attention.  Norawit glared at him furiously.

“Weren't you taught at home not to eavesdrop on other people's conversations? Oh, but maybe you don't have a home where anyone could teach you this? Sorry, I forgot you were adopted”.

Fourth pretended not to hear it.  He got up, took the books he had borrowed the previous day from the Institute's library, and left the classroom as if nothing had happened.  He met Professor Earth in the corridor, to whom he politely explained that he had to return the borrowed books to the library and that he would be back in a moment.
