Gemini thought that nothing can be as tiring as waiting for someone to finally speak the truth. There were some times when he felt like he was a fool himself. He wanted to know, who was truly behind it, who caused it all, who was real creator of the mess and partly his happiness. After all he had to admit honestly that Fourth being pregnant with his child somehow made him happy. He wanted the truth. No matter how painful it was going to be, he wanted to know the truth. He knew that so many magical beings just kept lying to him. He was very tired because of that.

“Okay, let's start from the beginning. Will someone explain to me what's going on here?”

Fourth and Pierre exchanged meaningful glances.

“Are you going to tell him or should I?” Pierre asked, approaching Fourth and handing him a white folder for documents that was signed ‘Truth of Tsunoda’. Fourth sighed heavily, grimacing. Pierre understood that it would be better if he told them everything.

Fourth led Gem and Pierre to his room in a hotel located quite nearby, inaccessible to Non-Magics. It was a large apartment with bright walls, bedding that looked as if covered in gold shimmering in the light of the night lamps, and a view of the nearby casino, from which the three had just evacuated.

“Come on! Fourth, didn't I clearly ask you to stay home? You saw with your own eyes how dangerous it was!”

Gem's voice was thick with irritation. Pierre patted him on the shoulder and replied nonchalantly.

“Dangerous? From which side? Fourth had been prepared for this from the start, and it was just his excellent acting. After all, he was equipped with a bulletproof vest, and we had put a protective spell on him, which in the event of being hit by a gunshot or wounded with a knife, was to activate the flow of blood as if from a real wound, and if Fourth was hit near the heart, the spell was to immediately transport him to a safe state of fictitious death. We thought everything through, don't be afraid, there was no danger.”

Gemini really wanted to wave it off, but he still remembered too well the feeling of terror at losing a loved one once again.

“You bloody fools! And it didn't occur to you to inform me in advance?!”

“Sorry Gemini, but I was afraid that if you knew the plan, you wouldn’t play your part properly, something might give you away, and we wanted certain people to see how much you cared about almost losing your beloved.”

“Huh?! Why?”

Gemini didn’t understand at all what that damn Frenchman was getting at. He wanted to punch him in the face, cast a few spells on him, or even curse him so that he would never score a single point in the races again. Only Fourth himself stopped him from doing so, who noticed that his Gem was glaring at the Formula 1 driver and pressing his lips into a thin line. Fourth approached Gemini from behind and hugged him.
