- BANG CHAN
You wake up abruptly to excessive knocking on your door, you look at the blurry, digital red numbers on the bedside table, indicating it was 2:43 in the morning. You throw the covers off of your body and wrap your robe around you while stepping into your slippers. You reach the door and peek out the peephole signing a relief.
You open the door getting ready to scold Chan when he pulls you into his body and kisses you. His right hand flat on your back, pulling as close as possible in his left arm wrap around your waist. He removes his right hand from your back and shuts the door, turning you around and gently pressing you up against the door.
"Chan..." You exclaim when he pulls away. His eyes were glazed over with need and pure want.
"I can't keep living without you." He whispers, kissing your lips softly. A big change since he just tried to devour you. He gently ghosted the back of his index finger down the side of your face admiring your freshly pink cheeks from being awoken abruptly.
"What do you want?" You ask, gaining all the courage you can and pecking his lips.
"Just let me sleep in the same bed holding you." He whispers leaning down to kiss you softly but as deep as he can.
"Okay," You smile and take his hand guiding him through the apartment to your room.
You peel your robe off your body and lay back in bed. He peels his shirt off his body and steps out of his jeans climbing in next to you. He opens his arms and you move closer to him resting your head on his chest.
You run the pads of your fingers up and down his torso drawing shapes and letters on his soft skin. You felt safe around him but that feeling intensified in his embrace.
"Why are you here so late?" You finally spoke up after what felt like hours of comfortable silence.
"I couldn't sleep and last time I was here next to you it helped me sleep." You nuzzled your face deeper into his chest as he wrapped his other arm around you.
"I am glad I can be your safe place"
