Y/n: hey what's up
BC: I'm home
Y/n: 1 heard your mom called me 2 days ago to tell me and texted me when she picked you up
BC: can I stay with you
Y/n: how long are you staying
BC: we can talk about that in person
Yn: no because you know I can't say no to your face
BC: so that's a no then?
Y/n: The passcode is the same and the bed was already made up for you
BC: see you in a few
Every time Christopher came home he stayed with you. You always asked him why and he would reply the same way. "My parents don't have room for me anymore and I'm not gonna sleep with Lucas or Hannah" After he could recite that from memory without you even starting the first syllable of the sentence you stopped asking.
About 20 minutes later a knock on the door and then the passcode beep reached your ears in the living room. You put your iPad on the seat next to you with the blanket that was on your lap and slipped into your slippers.
Walking into the kitchen where your door was, you were met with Christopher in a black t-shirt with black basketball shorts and a hat with his glasses on the bill of the hat. His suitcase was next to him as he took off his shoes and put on his barely used slippers.
"Welcome home" You smiled at him as he walked over to you and gave you a really tight hug lifting your feet off the ground in the process.
"I miss being home" he breathed out.
"Well, nothing has changed. It never really does so you still know where everything is. Are you actually going to sleep in the bed or are you gonna end up in mine?" He laughs following you to your room.
"I'm sleeping in my normal spot." You playfully roll your eyes as he sits on the bed.
"Catch me up?" You walk over to the closet and pull out his pillows.
"Just working nothing else. What about you?
Catch me up now" You place the pillows on the bed and sit next to him in the bed.
"Well, I've been working as well while helping your dad set up for Special Olympics like I do every year. I go to lunch with your mom every Tuesday and Thursday and dinner with Hannah every Wednesday and Friday when they are home of course and I had Lucas over here when he got drunk after your mom told him not to go to a party. But after that nothing really new." You sat on the wooden chest in the corner of your room.
"Wow, you and my family are really close." You chuckle nervously and shrug as if it's nothing.
"No, I wouldn't put it that way I'm definitely just someone that frequents their lives that's it.
Anyways to the juicy questions. Do you have a lover?" You wiggle your eyebrows intrigued with what he had to say.
"No, and I haven't gone on any dates either.
What about you?" You were not expecting that answer but for some reason it made your heart beat harder. No matter what he always comes back to you. Even though you have no idea where you fit in his life and what is your title. You do know that every time he's back home he's in your bed sleeping next to you. Holding you and kissing you.
"Um... no I'm too busy being a part of your family to try and even date but why haven't you dated?" He runs his hands through his hair a few times looking away from you trying to look for something.
