Chapter 35: You Smell so Good

Liang Sunian sent a message to the group. Li Tang and Shen Xuehao replied quickly, saying they were happily gaming in the dormitory.

"Let's go to the hotel."

Liang Sunian gently touched his cheek, soothingly. They walked over from the art building, feeling the coolness of the night wind. The delicate, cool touch felt like a piece of soft jade, making him pinch it a couple of extra times.

Thankfully, Xie Jiaran was very tolerant of him.

He said, "They're all in the dorm, so it will be inconvenient. Wait here for me for a bit. I'll go up and get a couple of clothes. Your wardrobe isn't locked, right?"

Xie Jiaran shook his head and said no, but as Liang Sunian turned to leave, he pulled on his clothing hem, "Can we not bring my clothes?"

His voice was softened by the night, gently drifting into Liang Sunian's ears like a fragile little animal that easily depended on others.

Even just a glance could melt one's heart.

"What's the matter?" Liang Sunian lowered his voice.

"Can you bring your clothes instead?"

Xie Jiaran's bright black eyes reflected the light at the dorm entrance, clear and beautiful."I want to wear yours."

Being quietly looked at like this, Liang Sunian suddenly felt as if a soft spot in his chest had caved in.

"Okay."

He could only unconditionally agree to his request. "Be good and wait for me. I'll be right back."

He went upstairs and pushed open the door, hearing the clattering of keyboards.

The internet-addicted boys were passionately gaming, yet they still managed to spare some attention for him. "Liang Ge, are you heading out again?"

Liang Sunian found a clean shopping bag, packed two sets of his clothes, and responded, "I have something to do and won't be coming back tonight."

"Wow."

Having just finished a team fight and successfully destroyed the enemy's base, Shen Xuehao took off his headset and turned around, resting his arm on the back of his chair as he glanced toward the door. "Liang Ge, didn't you take Xie Jiaran to class today? Why are you back alone? Did you lose him?"

Liang Sunian: "I didn't lose him. He's downstairs."

Shen Xuehao was surprised, "He's staying out with you tonight?"

Liang Sunian nodded.

"What???"

Li Tang widened his eyes, "Wow! Late-night shocker! The campus heartthrob takes the campus belle out to a hotel. Is it a moral downfall or a loss of humanity?!"

"Stop talking nonsense."

Liang Sunian chuckled and grabbed a rubber pig from a delivery box on the table, tossing it at them. "Xie Jiaran's leg is injured, and it's inconvenient for him to shower in the dorm."
"Oh wow, so thoughtful?"
Li Tang clapped his hands in admiration, "Honestly, I would suspect you two are dating if I didn't know you're straight."
He added after thinking, "No, even the boys who are dating aren't as considerate as you."
Shen Xuehao reached out to high-five him. "Xiao Li, great minds think alike."

"Right?" Li Tang said, "So thoughtful and caring. Who else gets this kind of treatment from Liang Ge?"

Shen Xuehao nodded in agreement. "And it feels like you're inseparable every day, almost as if you could be attached to his waist."
