"Cadet? What? How? What do you want?" Fallen stood in between Second and the rainwing, that used to work for Dark.

"Trust me. If I was going to attack, I would already have knocked you out and left with Second. Listen, I'm growing tired of Dark. He's gone absolutely power hungry and is going insane."

"How do I know I can trust you?" Fallen snarled, still protecting Second.

"How about information?" Cadet's form glitched as she sat there, looking at the two.

"We'll see. Give it first."

"Fine. Dark wants Second for his powers. Dark has made it so the virus can be strengthened by Second's powers."

"We already know that." Fallen growled, readying his powers.

"You don't know this. Dark wants to capture Second to drain him of his powers so he can use Second's powers to create an unstoppable, unfixable virus. Once he has that, he will use it on Pyrrhia and Pantala alike, then once he has both, he will move onto the entire internet. There will be no safe place for sticks and dragons alike if Dark gets his claws on Second."

"What of Chosen? And my friends? And all our Pyrrhian friends?"

Cadet shook her head. "No doubt they have already all been corrupted. Dark has ways of making it work faster, but he needs your powers to perfect the corruption virus."

Second then lowered his head. "Then there's no hope. I can't free them. I'll make the hold on them stronger. We've lost. Might as well surrender and give up."

"I wouldn't be so sure, orange hollowhead. There is still a way your powers can save them. I've been sneaking and gathering information on my own and I discovered something. Your powers don't just strengthen. Your powers are the key completely. Once infected, but not corrupted, your powers can strengthen the corruption, but once fully corrupted, your powers can be used to undo the corruption. Dark hasn't discovered this little issue yet. We can use this to free your friends. And maybe free Viro as well." Cadet added the last part under her breath, careful to ensure Second and Fallen didn't hear her. "Now come. We aren't safe here. If you two don't want to be captured, then you better follow me." Cadet then walked farther into the alleyway.

"We'll follow her for now. The moment we get sign that this is a trap, I want you to run off. Leave me and run. Do you understand, Second?" Fallen asked the young orange hivewing.

"I understand, Fallen." Second nodded.

"Good, now let's go."

Fallen and Second followed Cadet as she led them out of Possibility.

As Second arrived on the hill by the town, he turned around to look back, trying to see if he could spot his brother or friends.

"They have already been taken back to the palace if they haven't been corrupted by now." Cadet grunted as she came up to Second. "We better go. No doubt Viro and the virabots are searching every inch of that town for you two. Come."

Cadet then slammed her wings getting airborne. Fallen and Second were right behind her.

They flew for the rest of the day. As the stars began to sparkle in the night sky, Cadet brought them to a cave. "Welcome to my little hideout." Cadet then led them inside.

The place wasn't much. A few tables with scrolls and papers scattered across them. A small makeshift bed sat in the corner and a small firepit sat in the middle of the cave. The firepit still had small bits of smoke coming from it.

"You two stay here. I'm going to go see if I can figure out where everyone was taken and what the status of everyone is. Get settled, just don't touch anything." Cadet growled then glitch teleported out of the cave.
