Chapter 24: The Sovereign Of The Deep Ocean

The green leafwing landed on the beach of the seawing kingdom. He flicked his tail, trying to remember where Yellow had said Orcasplash had been held. Finally remembering, Green went over to where a pile of rocks formed an entrance to a cave. That cave was where Yellow had put Orcasplash, after the take over.

Walking down the tunnel, the sound of chains clinking ensured Green he was going the right way. As he walked into the cave, he was greeted by a chained seawing. This seawing was a purple-blue color and her underscores were a bright teal. The wings, which wore clamps, were a purple color, royal patterns going all along the wings. Along her face and legs the bioluminescent scales were a bright blue, while the bioluminescent scales long her underbelly were pink. Two bright emerald eyes looked right at Green. The seawing was also adorned in emerald jewelry, mainly in the form of emerald bracelets and emerald horn rings. Green bowed as he came face to face with the seawing queen, Queen Orcasplash.

Orcasplash looked at Green. "You aren't the sandwing set to watch over my kingdom after that horrendous skywing's takeover. So, who are you, young one?"

Green looked at Orcasplash. "My name is Green." He then walked over to where Yellow had said the keys were. 

"And what are you doing here, Green? Your name is odd for a leafwing, just like how it was odd for that sandwing. His name was a color name as well."

"That is my brother, Yellow. Yellow sends his deepest apologies for what he had done while under the corruption of The Dark Lord." 

Orcasplash flicked her tail as Green started undoing the chains. "And why isn't the sandwing here to do this himself?"

"Yellow wishes he could be here, but he needed to help the sandwings with getting Cobralily back on the throne."

"Cobralily? Wasn't she dethroned by Venomara when the corruption started?"

Green nodded finishing the chains. He then set the key back where it had been and grabbed a golden crown decorated with emeralds. Walking back over to Orcasplash, Green then gave the queen her crown. "Venomara was killed, as well as The Dark Lord. Evil has been eradicated from Pyrrhia and now myself, my brothers and friends are returning the queens back to their rightful places and fixing all the damage done to Pyrrhia."

Orcasplash set the crown on her head and looked at Green. "I insist you come with me to the palace. You will be granted safety and protection. I can even have something created that will allow you to breathe underwater just like us." Orcasplash then led Green to the beach.

Green shook his head, looking at Orcasplash. Have something created? What does she mean? Is she an animus? He thought then answered. "With all due respect, I can't accept this. I belong on the PC with my friends and family."

"You know, young one, that is quite honorable of you. Being wiling to give up an offer like this to stay with the ones you care about most. That is incredibly honorable and loyal of you."

"My brothers mean everything to me. I wouldn't leave them for anything. Even if the chance to become a world famous singer were to come, if it meant leaving my brothers, then I would never go for it."

"Tell me about these brothers of yours."

"Yellow is the eldest. He is a huge nerd. He will stay up all hours working on his projects if we let him. Yel is also incredibly loyal and he is always thinking about us and doing what he can for us. I am the second oldest. The second youngest is Blue. He is our group medic and cook. Blue is pretty skilled in all things medical, especially with making potions and deciding which one would be the best. He is always making new potions. He also is really a skilled cook and bake. His food is always so good. He loves cooking for us and knows that we will always be honest about his cooking. Red is the youngest and the animal lover of our group. He has a way with all sorts of animals. I'm not kidding. A large ferocious lion could come up to us and in moments Red could have it like a large cat. He is always trying to bring some sort of animal back home from our adventures. Red and Blue love to be pranksters and are always messing with Yellow, myself or even each other."

Orcasplash smiled. "Your brothers sound like an amazing group. Now what are these friends of yours like?"

"First off, there's Purple. He's such a chill guy. We see each other like brothers, we are that close. Purple loves to grab his elytra and just go for flights. He had it a bit rough in the past, but with me, my brothers and Mango around now, Purple has an amazing family that loves him. Mango is basically the dad of our group. He is Purple's adopted father and at this point, I think he's adopted us all. He is always looking out for the whole group, making sure everyone is safe. He is a great guy. Chosen and Second are brothers. They actually are something called hollowheads, which they look like normal sticks figures except, well, as the name states, their heads are hollow. Chosen is the eldest. He can be very stern and very protective over Second, but now that I'm getting to know him more, he actually is a really chill guy. He's getting better with crowds, but it's still a work in progress. Second is his youngest brother. I say youngest because there are two more brothers. Victim which is the official oldest, but Chosen basically has taken the title as oldest with all that Victim is up too. Then there's Dark, he's the middle brother, between Second and Chosen. Second is incredibly friendly. His drawing skills are nothing I've ever seen before. He's so talented. He also has a weird obsession with sleeping. No joke, he is always sleeping, constantly. Anytime he's not in the room with us, we always assume he's sleeping and 90% of the time we are correct." Green laughed, flicking his tail.

Orcasplash looked over to Green. "Your friends and family sound amazing. I see now why you wouldn't want to leave them. Well, I wish you the best of luck, young one. Get home safe. May the moons guide your path."

Green bowed to Orcasplash and watched as the queen raced forward and dove into the water, making her way back to the palace. Beating his wings, Green then got airborne flying back to Possibility.

Once he arrived, Green was then greeted by Echostorm. "Hello, young leafwing."

"Hi, Echo."

"Was your mission a success?" 

"Yes, Orcasplash has been returned to the seawing throne."

"Good. From the reports I have heard, Queen Skyfire, Queen Cobralily, and Queen Delta all have also been returned to their thrones. We are slowly returning Pyrrhia back to what it was before The Dark Lord's arrival."

"Any word from my brothers and friends?"

Echo flicked her tail. "Mango, Purple, Yellow, and Red are all up in their rooms getting rest."

"Thank you, Echo."

"No, thank you for returning Pyrrhia back to what it was. I wasn't sure if I would live to see the Pyrrhia I had come to miss and here it is, returning as we speak."

"I have a question, Echo." 

"Speak."

Green flicked his tail. "Is Queen Orcasplash an animus?"

"Yes, she is. She is one of the few animus in existence beside me of course. From what I heard, Orcasplash never uses her powers, only in emergency and it's never for herself. If she uses her powers, it's only for her tribe."

"I thought so. She made a comment that sounded like she was. Well, I'm going to go get some rest. See you later, Echo."

"See you later, Green." Echostorm then turned and headed back into town.

Green went into the house, went to him and his brothers' room and went inside. Seeing Red and Yellow already asleep, Green climbed on his bed, and slid his head phones over his ears, and sat there listening to music, tapping his tail quietly with the beat of the music.
