Chapter 1: A Pathway Found

 The Second Coming lay on his bed, sighing. He was trying to get some sleep. Lately, the PC was constantly bustling with energy and noise making sleep something that always escaped the hollowhead. Second then got off his bed and looked out at the PC seeing all that was going on.

Chosen was over at the wifi symbol, trying all types of ways to be able to get a portal open so they could get to Pyrrhia. They feared that they were too late but the group hoped that maybe they could get there and help the Pyrrhians.

Yellow was working on something they could use to counteract the corruption Dark had used on Purple and Mango.

With Purple having been one of them and now was corrupted and working with Dark, Green and Red were busy working together to try to come up with new fighting styles and techniques. They knew Purple would be able to predict their old techniques and styles, so they wanted to create new moves that not even Purple would know.

Blue was busy making all the potions they would need. He was also trying to create new types of potions that they could use in their fight against Dark. So far, he only had success in creating one. It was a potion that had the ability to cause whoever would drink it to be stronger and more durable and be able to take more hits. With the hollowheads already durable because of their powers, Blue wanted to see if he could make something like that and had succeeded with this new potion.

Fallen and Jade were walking across the PC. Fallen had said that he would help Chosen with trying the portal. The idea was that maybe two hollowheads trying to open one portal would make it stronger. Jade was going with Fallen. In the year that Dark and his allies had gone through the portal, Fallen and Jade had fully confused how they felt and were getting even closer. They don't go by 'boyfriend' and 'girlfriend' terms, but they are always together so one could easily assume they were boyfriend and girlfriend.

Second laughed watching them, then smiled when he saw the cursor moving around. That meant Alan was around. Because of his real life job and family, Alan was only able to be free at certain times of the day, but when he was free, he would spend his time with the sticks helping however he could.

"THEY DID IT! THEY GOT IT OPEN!" A cheerful voice rang out, belonging to Jade.

Second looked towards the wifi symbol and a bright white gateway glowed brightly. He then rushed out of his room and raced over, arriving as the others did.

Chosen and Fallen were both sitting down, each of them panting.

"Chosen? You okay?" Second went over, holding his hand out.

"I'm alright, Sec. Opening it just took a bit out of me." Chosen panted as he took Second's hand, allowing the orange hollowhead to pull him up to his feet.

"Does everyone have all you need?" Alan's voice rang out. When he had arrived, he had put his headset on and plugged it in, but had remained quiet so Chosen and Fallen could work.

Green nodded. "Red and I have some new tactics, styles and techniques we can teach you all."

Blue sighed. "I only made one new potion, but I did make a lot of the preexisting ones."

"That will have to do." Chosen rolled his shoulders, readying to go.

Yellow then shook his head. "I was unable to find anything that we can use to free Purple and Mango. If I got my hands on Dark's tech, then maybe, but I know getting it will be nearly if not completely impossible."

"Don't worry, we'll figure it out." Fallen walked forward, his wings flicking.

"Maybe Second could use his powers?" Jade looked at them.

"How?" Red looked up. Rueben had come over and Red was sitting on the ground petting the pig. "Wasn't the corruption code related?"

"Well, maybe Second could use his powers to heal and fix the corrupted code." Yellow pushed his glasses up. "That may just work Jade."

"Well, I'm willing to try whatever to bring our friends back." Second looked at the portal. "Let's not delay anymore."

"Please stay safe." Alan looked at the sticks.

Before leaving, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Second all ran over to the cursor and hugged it.

"I'll keep them safe, Noogai."

"Chosen, you don't have to call me that. You can call me Alan." Alan winced as Chosen said his old username, the painful memories with it returning.

Fallen then walked forward. "Let's go get our friends." 

With a slam of his metal wings, Fallen dived into the portal. Jade went right behind him, followed by the color gang, then Second, then finally Chosen.

The navy rainwing stepped out of the portal. An emerald leafwing came right behind him. "We're back, Fall."

Fallen nodded as he looked at his dragon form.

A green leafwing, red mudwing, yellow sandwing, and blue rainwing then came out. The four landed in a pile at the base of the portal.

"The sky kingdom." Yellow muttered as he stood up, grabbing and cleaning the dirt off his golden glasses.

A jet black nightwing came through with an orange hivewing right next to him. "Let's waste no time. If Dark hasn't already attacked, then our time is limited till he does."

Chosen slammed his wings shooting off. The others followed him and they set off towards the sky kingdom palace.

As Second flew, he couldn't but feel that something just wasn't right about this whole thing.

His feeling was confirmed as two figures were following them.
