POV Minho

I hear frenetic knocking on the front door and grumble curses as I get up. Seungmin is the only one in the dorm with me, and he clearly has no intention of getting up.

I open the door, and there stands Sumalee in front of me. I can't imagine what my face looks like.

— Malee ? It's two in the morning, what are you doing here ? I mutter, running a hand over my face, hoping to wake up a bit more.

She enters without a word, reminding me how well she can master the art of indifference.

— Help yourself, I add, raising my eyebrows.

I close the door behind me and turn to the Thai girl sitting on my couch.

Make yourself at home.

I sit down next to her, still half asleep, and invite her to talk. The sooner it's done, the sooner I can get back to my bed.

— Okay. So, are you okay ? I'm not bothering you, am I ? she asks.

— It's not now that you have to ask that, I chuckle softly.

She stares at me for a few seconds, then reaches for her phone.

— Okay, I'll be frank. First off, the fact that you recently confirmed you're dating a bitch just makes me want to insult you.

She pauses, searching for something on her phone.

— But anyways, I'm polite.

I let out an incredulous chuckle. Am I really getting scolded by one of the only members Shizuka doesn't get along with ?

Did I miss something ?

—  Let's be formal : do you love her ?

— Who ? I ask.

Daiyu, of course.

Not Shizuka.

— Yes, I love Daiyu.

Lie, lie.

Jisung, shut up.

— He's kinda dumb, I think I hear coming from the brunette.

I don't respond, too tired, and mostly feeling like it's exactly what I deserve.

— Anyway, let's make this quick, given your state.

She hands me her phone and urges me to press "play" on a video in her gallery.

It shows the TXT group and the Silver Tears group together. I immediately spot Shizuka sitting with Yeou, so the end of the video displays, and I look at Malee, confused.

— So, they're talking ?

She squints and restarts the video, not without uttering a few insults about my intelligence, and points to a corner of the video.

I then understand what she wants to show me : Daiyu trying to kiss Beomgyu.

Then succeeding.

Then Shizuka gets up.

End of the video.

What a bitch.

All fatigue gone, I feel my blood boiling in my veins. I agreed to date her, at her request, and her blackmail.

All for her to try and stir up another scandal ?

A stupid bitch, at that point.

— I don't mean to say this, but your first girlfriend was better, Malee says, standing up now, by the front door.
