The flight was pretty uneventful when it came to encounters of the intergalactic kind. But inside the ship, it was very eventful when it came to encounters of the flirtatious kind.

Hunter watched the pirate saunter over to Tech who was seated on one of the chairs at the table. "So, Brown Eyes," Phee started, leaning over Hunter's poor brother. "What are you working on?"

"I am studying the topography of the moon we are approaching," Tech said without hesitation, not looking up from his work.

Hunter sighed. He didn't understand why Tech would even talk to her. If a girl was flirting at him like that, he'd... well, he didn't know what he'd do. Depends on the person, he guessed.

"You did a good job surveying," she muttered, crossing her arms. "Though it won't be needed because I have my own treasure map, but that was sweet of you."

Tech opened his mouth to respond, though was interrupted by a laugh covered by a cough from Crest who sat, leaning on the table.

Phee slowly turned on her heel, placing her hand on her hips. "Excuse me, Crest, I know you don't think my art is up to par with the galaxy's standards, but you can keep that opinion to yourself."

Wrecker jumped up, tossing his gaming console aside to look at the pirate. "Can I see your treasure map?"

A smug look crossed Phee's expression. "Sure, Bulky." She pulled a folded piece of paper out, handing it to Wrecker.

He looked it over, a grin on his face. "I might only have one working eye, but this one eye loves it!"

"Thank you, Wrecker," she said, shooting the dark-clothed man at the table. "Crest needs to share your opinion."

"Let me observe the map in its articulation." Tech looked up from his datapad, extending his hand.

A blush rose to Phee's cheeks as she gingerly handed him the paper. "Well, it's not the best."

Tech pushed his goggles up into his hair as he examined the art. "Hmm," he said, holding it at different angles. "I like the use of perspective and the way you sketched out the pieces reminds me of the Aruthellian period of art."

Phee beamed af Tech, placing a hand on his shoulder as she grabbed the paper. "Thanks, Brown Eyes."

Tech stiffened beneath her touch, shooting Hunter a look who just shrugged in return. Phee walked past him, heading into the cockpit where Joseta was. Hunter wasn't sure if Joseta wanted any people in there because she was listening to her sad music which meant she was melancholic.

Tech cleared his throat. "Well, that was..."

"You realize you compared her drawing to neanderthalic art," Crest said, rubbing his neck beneath his dark helmet.
