This is a continuation of the AU universe in the first book of the Changing Waves series, Miss the Mark. This book starts about halfway through Miss the Mark and will have Rylann and the Bad Batch cameos throughout the chapters, though it's focus is on the relationship between Rex and Joseta. THOUGH I WILL SAY, as I am editing this after finishing MTM, I will be adding more Rylann and Crosshair POVs because I love them. Slay.
NOTE: I started publishing this at the same time as Miss the Mark according to the timeline. Since this book starts 22 BBY, Month 9, I wrote a lot of it consecutively. I am working on a version to combine both so you don't have to read flip-flop. I kinda wanted it to overlap and compliment each other.
Once again, this diverts from a lot of canon events. Spoilers ofr MTM if you haven't read it, though I tried to explain it well enough as if it was a standalone.
