Joseta sighed in relief when the Resolute touched down on Coruscant. She didn't realize how frustrating it would be to not feel the wind in her face or have her feet on solid ground. Even if she hated Coruscant, she could at least feel the satisfactory presence of an atmosphere.

She shouldered her pack, her navy leather jacket rustling in the wind as she nearly sprinted off of the ramp. Finally free.

"Wait for me, Master Joseta," a cheery, automated voice called out from behind her. It was the navy protocol droid she had escorted onto the Resolute.

"Pinky?" Joseta asked, chuckling to herself. "Where's Beepy?"

"You are referring to Beepo?" Pinky asked, her metal legs scraping the ramp as she almost slid down. Joseta luckily caught her before she plummeted headfirst. "Thank you."

Joseta nodded, dusting her hands on her pants. "Of course. And yeah, where is Beepo?"

"He is recharging in the droid bay," the female droid stated, looking about the landing pad. "It feels as if it was yesterday that we were here."

"It hasn't been too long, has it?" Joseta asked, placing her hands on her hips. "Wow, it is rather pretty here at night."

Though there were no stars in the sky, there were at least the constellations of the lights across the buildings, twinkling with life. The pyramid of the Archives was glowing gold in the distance and many beacons searched the skies as shuttles flew in lines like ants following each other.

"It looks like any other night on Coruscant," the droid stated, giving a metallic shrug and made her way to the shuttle train ahead.

"Hey, you!" another voice called from behind Joseta.

"Hey," Joseta said, turning to face Kix who slid down the ramp to reach her side faster. "What's up?"

"I'm bored because Fives has gone off to ARC training," he stated, hands running over his buzz cut and tattoo. On closer inspection, the tattoo looked relatively new.

"Life would be boring without Fives and I've just met him," Joseta said with a laugh.

Kix chuckled. "Me too!"

"Who did the tatts?" Joseta asked, gazing at the perfect aurebesh handwriting on the side of his scalp.

"Brodes," Kix said, gazing at the cityscape. "Wow."

"I know," Joseta said, following his gaze. "I don't even like Coruscant and it's pretty."

"It's prettier than Kamino," he muttered, crossing his arms over his chest. "I've only been here once before. I'm still sort of a shiny."
