Hello! My name is Jordania Von Swinkle Blossom Amaya Connaway Lilac Bloom Ostrich Gardenia Maria Rose Steak Blossom Lin Miyu Bread III. I stare into the mirror at my sparkling green orbs and shimmering golden hair. Then, I look at my slim legs and tears start to fall down my cheeks as I think about how average looking I am. Everyone at school thinks I'm absolutely ugly, and I get bullied for it all of the time. I grab a sweater and throw it over my head, grab a pair of tribal leggings and slip them on. I then throw my hair into a messy bun and walk through the hallways and out the door. I always walk to school to keep my legs in shape. When I get to school, everyone points at me, "you're so ugly!" They taunt. Tears pool in the corner of my eyes as I run out of the room.
I'm just wondering why her name is so long... like... I have never heard of anyone with a name that long in the real world. I miss the days of characters having names like... Bob.
Don't ever use the word "orbs" in place of eyes.
Why are eyes never brown? Why do they always have to be bright green or shimmery blue or whatever?
Try to at least grant your M/C SOME confidence!

Tears started pooling at the corners of my eyes and I ran.
She could be a Victoria's Secret Model yet she somehow still gets bullied.
(Not saying there aren't pretty faces who get bullied... just that this is used very often in books and I would honestly love a little more 'plot diversity' around)
