Jimin pov
I was cooking dinner for my family. I took day off today to spend some time with family.
"Hi baby" jaehyun came again near the kitchen window without my intention my eyes rolled automatically. "God why" I muttered slowly. He always flirts with me to get my attention but I'm not at all interested in him. God knows how many times I have told him.
I saw dad sitting in the living room watching something. I immediately walked to him "appa?" I gave signal to him. He lift his eyebrows to ask who. "Jaehyun" I rolled my eyes in irritation. My father instantly stood up throwing the remote. I smiled following him behind he is the right person he will give his peace of mind.

"Jaehyun, get in here!" Mr. Park's voice boomed through the house, echoing with barely concealed sound. Jaehyun, who had been attempting to casually nonchalant as he fixed his hair in the hallway mirror, paled.
He pushed open the door to the living room, Jimin hovering awkwardly by the couch, his face a mixture of mortification and apprehension.
"I told you to stay away from my son, Jaehyun" Mr. Park thundered, his arms crossed, "And what is this I hear about you taking him to that new arcade? Aren't you a little old to be playing those games?" He scold 25 year old jaehyun.
Jaehyun gulped. He'd known this would happen.
"Mr. Park," he began, attempting to sound apologetic, "I was just trying to be friendly. Jimin and I are the same age, and... well, we're friends"
Jimin's eyes widened, and he whispered a frantic, "Jaehyun!"
"Friends?" Mr. Park snorted, his eyes narrowed, "Friends don't sneak their way into my house under false pretenses to get my son to skip work for a day of arcade games"
Jaehyun's cheeks flushed red. "Mr. Park, I really wasn't trying to... I just thought it would be fun. And Jimin was the one who wanted to go. He turned to Jimin. "Right?"
Jimin shuffled his feet and mumbled, "Well, you made me feel kind of bad for not going, and... the arcade sounds really cool."
Mr. Park's face hardened. "Don't you dare try to play the victim, Jimin. You know you shouldn't be fraternizing with someone like him"
'But Dad, he literally threaten me to come under knife pointed to his wrist vein" Jimin protested.
His father glared at him, his voice dropping to a dangerous growl. "Don't be naive, son. He's a bad influence. You stay away from him".
Jaehyun, feeling trapped and misunderstood, spoke up again. "Mr. Park, with all due respect, I think you're being a little harsh. I really just wanted to be friends with Jimin"
Mr. Park gave him a withering look. "You just want to get your hands on my son. You think he doesn't know what you're after? Well, I'm not letting you get away with it. You stay far, far away from my son".
Jaehyun knew his words were falling on deaf ears. He sighed, dejected. "Fine, Mr. Park. You're right. I'm going now"
"Thank you appa. He is such an head ache" Jimin looked back at his father, then down at his shoes, before siting in the couch.
Mr. Park sits opposite Jimin, concern etched on his face.
"Jimin, this is not the first time something like this has happened. You need to understand, these situations... they're not healthy" Mr park concerned. Jimin Sighing- "I know, Appa. But marriage... I'm not ready"
"But you're already 25, Jimin! Your friends are all settled, some with kids even. This isn't just about what you want; it's about your future"
"It's not that simple, Appa. I'm still building my career, and finding the right person... it takes time".
